He is King Æthel of Gethiel. He lived between the 11th and 12th century.
Btw, I actually wanted to name him something like, uh... Æthelred, Æthelbert, y'know? Anglo-saxon King names? But I don't know a thing about those names, and I'm too scared over the possibility that I might do something unforgivable so, I just decided to go with Æthel. •_•
