Hi this is Emily with TV insider and I am sitting in here with the cast and creatives of legacies on the CW
So first of the end of season one was nuts do we pick back up right away Emily asked
Maybe Matthew said quietly and everyone except me started laughing I had my arm around Danielle and I was leaning back but still paying attention and I had sunglasses on so I had a serious face on
Julie do you want to speak a little bit to that Emily asked and Danielle pasted Julie her mic
We do and we don't we pick up basically right away and then we spend an entire episode over the course of the summer and summer break as everyone's gone home and to their families and those who are left behind literally and metaphorically Julie said then gave Danielle the mic back
Well Danielle and Jace you both had a really rough finale no one knows if hope exist anymore hope is just...poof and Jace we don't know if he'll survive from the gun shot like will he survive Jason Emily asked me
Uh honestly I don't know I haven't read the script so I can't tell or even if I did read the script I still can't tell because I would probably be fired I said
Uh has anyone in this room saw Jason's last post on Instagram Emily asked
No they all said
Ok this is what it was Emily said then went on her phone to Instagram and my page and showed everyone

Ok um did you know how when did you find out going into season ones finale that that was going to be yours and Jasons fate Emily asked Danielle
I had heard like rumors that that was probably gonna be the ending like mid season I'd say and I remember talking about it with everyone like that'd be like so cool that's the only way the season can end and then these guys were like no that's not gonna happen that's not gonna happen and then it happened Danielle said and everyone laughed but me I cracked a smile
Do you remember that I was like there gonna write me and Jason off the show like that's what it is and I was like we're never coming back and then they put me in like a all black thing and I was like well I'm going to mine and my boyfriend's funeral I suppose Danielle said and leaned her back against my front
Can you say anything about what were gonna see from hope or Jace. Emily asked and I wrapped my arms around Danielle's waist
Yeah I think that you know your obviously gonna see a world without hope uh which is kind of heart breaking and beautiful and interesting all at once um and your also gonna see how malivore has affected hope and Jace Danielle said
