"Hyunjinnie, maybe I should move, do I bother you? I mean..I've been on top of you for a while, I'm probably heavyyy", Felix said looking at Hyunjin.

"Love, you're not heavy, I like that you have your head on my chest. Plus, the only important thing is that you're comfy", Hyunjin replied gently patting the younger's head.

"What was that for?"
"Nothing, you simply looked like a kitten", Hyunjin laughed.
Felix's eyes sparkled.

"We should fall asleep, it's late, don't you agree?", Hyunjin stated as he looked at the other with his usual in love gaze.
"I love late-night conversations, especially with you. But if you're sleepy then let's sleep", Felix smiled and the taller one smiled back softly.
The couple fell asleep after cuddling a bit more.  Once again, they were hugging each other tightly, as if one of them could run away anytime.

The following day Jeongin, who's still the first person to wake up, went to the kitchen to make the breakfast for him and the other boys.
Of course, while he was going to the kitchen, Jeongin noticed the two members sleeping on the couch. The fox look alike boy smiled at the view.

He was happy that finally Hyunjin and Felix were able to sleep together as more than just friends and he could tell it by the way they were embraced and their tiny smiles while sleeping.

"Good morning Channie, hyung!" Jeongin exclaimed as he saw the oldest boy entering the living room. "Good morning Innie! Have you had a nice dream?", Chan smiled warmly.
"Yep! I dreamed about some pink and light purple dolphins who were swimming around me and Seungmin. You were swimming with a green dolphin together with Han and Changbin hyungs while the danceracha and was swimming with orange dolphins." 
"Aw that's so cute!"
"Eheh, what about you, hyung?"
"I struggled with falling asleep, I don't think I've had any dreams."
"Oh, I'm sorry you have insomnia, you know it. If I can help you somehow just tell me!"

Chan walked closer to Jeongin and hugged him, before patting his head.
"Thanks I.N"

Chan broke the hug after a few seconds and he noticed Hyunjin and Felix on the couch and felt something in his stomach, some kind of burden, would he ever get rid of it?
Could he ever watch Felix be happy with Hyunjin, not as a friend, without feeling this pain? He was genuinely happy that the two of them had finally found a way to be in a romantic relationship, but still the thought that he could've been there in Hyunjin's place often invaded his mind. And that made Chan feel guilty.

It wasn't fair to feel this way simply because his feelings weren't reciprocated. Or was it?

"Channie, you'll find your special person as well, don't think about this", Jeongin comforted his friend as he noticed that his gaze was full of emptiness.

"Think about this.. 'this' what?"
"Don't think about the fact that he didn't choose you but Hyunjin, I've always knew you were feeling something about our sunshine boy. Don't be sad about the feelings you can't control. Life sometimes doesn't go as we wish." There's nothing to be ashamed of."

After listening to these words Chan let a tear fall from his eyes, then turned back to Jeongin.
"Innie why are you so mature? You're growing up so quickly", Chan forced himself to smile, Jeongin hugged the older and said "we'll always be there for you, plus, it's only thanks to you that we are Stray Kids. Don't ever forget how precious you are.", then he went to the kitchen, leaving Chan who was standing there looking at the couch.

'He's right. I can't control Felix's feelings and neither mines, and it's alright. My soft spot for him will go away.'

Then the leader of the band went to the bathroom to take a shower, Jeongin was making some sandwiches for his group.

Then Seungmin woke up as well and went in the kitchen, because he was hungry.
"Hi Innie, good morning!", the older between the two whispered, since Hyunjin and Felix were sleeping. "Heyy, 'morning! Did you sleep well?", Jeongin asked as he heard Seungmin's voice. "Yes, I did. Did you?" "I did! I dreamed of some colorful dolphins, they were so cute", Jeongin exclaimed happily jumping a bit.

Seungmin patted his friend's head, which made the other smile. The two kept making sandwiches together.

"Hey Bokkie", Hyunjin whispered to his loved one, who grumbled as he opened his shimmering eyes. "Good morning, Jinnie", the freckled boy replied as his lips curved in a smile. "It's so comfy to sleep theree", Felix exclaimed happily, hugging tightly the elder.
"Glad you slept well, but now I'm hungry", Hyunjin's stomach rumbled in confirmation of his statement, Felix giggled.

The two got up from the sofa and helped Seungmin and Jeongin with making sandwiches for everyone.

The whole day passed quickly.

Night had fallen. The sky was really dark, so much that its shade of blue was close to black. There was a thin wedge of moon, white as milk, and there were few stars, which struggled to illuminate that dark mantle. That night Stray Kids had gone out, at Hyunjin's request, leaving the boy and Felix alone at home.

Hyunjin had always been in love with Felix,
but that night the other looked more attractive than usual. The freckled man was wearing a simple white shirt that showed his muscles, not overly sculpted but not even non-existent.

In Hyunjin's opinion, that body was in perfect balance.

The taller was fascinated by the splendor of the person in front of him, he could not make himself capable of how such a beautiful boy was in love with him.

"Hyunjin, are you okay? Your gaze is consuming me, you are staring at me for about three minutes, do I have something in my teeth?", Felix asked after drinking a glass of water.

"Oh, I'm sorry Lixie. I was just thinking."
"Thinking of what?"
"I'll tell you later..maybe"
"Come on, don't be mysterious"
"Just wait, we have to finish our dinner first"
"Okok"
'Why doesn't he just tell me?', Felix thought.
