"HOW?" Karkat paused. "How would you help me seem normal." He growled his voice filling with anger.
John glared and smiled. "Well first you need to quiet yourself down."
"Quiet down!?" Karkat seemed offended.
"I mean, stop screaming. You could strain your voice." The brown haired human brushed his fingers through his hair.
"Well, okay fine." He took a deep breath.
"Good!" John grabbed Karkat out of his seat. "Now, you just need to relax."
"Relax?! WHAT! Let me go I can walk." He groaned.
John moaned in annoyance. "Nope, you have no idea where it is and knowing you; you'd try to lead the way."
Karkat grumbled. John dragged Karkat to a great wide open plain. It was filled with all different verities of Flowers. John laid down onto the clear grass, pulling the nubby horned troll next to him.
"See?" He smiled putting his arms behind his head.
Karkat snarled. "Yeah. I guess it's comforting or whatever."
"C'mon, you love this don't you." John teased.
"Shut the fuck up, maybe I do, maybe I don't. Suck a bulge." The grey troll hit the humans side roughly.
"Hells a bulge?" He glared.
"It's a fuckin dick, fuckass." Karkat stared.
"Oohhh!! Okay okay. No need to be mean. Anyways how have you been?" John paused. "Like; how do you like school?"
"It's been okay, I guess. Who cares. I mean you're the only 'person'-" He quotes. "I know, so what's the point."
"We have known each other for,, maybe a week now. I'm not sure actually maybe it's been a day only. I don't know, it feels like we've been together for a while."
"DON'T GET SAPPY." Karkat threatened, sitting up.
John sat up with the Troll and smiled at him. "Kar- I mean Cat,, I wanted to.." He paused. "Nevermind."
"No, what's the matter." Nubby threatened.
"I wanted to, do something. With you, if you allow me."
"DEPENDS." He stared.
"I'll just show you."
John stared, putting his hand on Karkat's cheek. Staring into his eyes he softly puts his lips against the others. He slowly closed his eyes.
Karkat; in shock took a minute to process what happened. He starts to close his eyes slightly, then all the way; He returns the kiss. After a minute they break it.
"SHIT,, uh I didn't.. FUCK." Karkat started to,, panic? In a way of embarrassment.
"Cat are you okay, look I'm sorry." His worried expression filled his body.
"I'm fine, just?? Shocked. I suppose." Karkat smiled.
