12- Everything will be okay

Tom's P.O.V

As tears streamed down Y/n's face, she ran out of the hall.
"Y/n! Wait!" Sofia yelled, running after her.

"Tom!" mum called as I started running after the girls.
"Stay here. Let Sofia handle her." she said, holding me back.
"But-"
"Listen to me. Please. Stay here." mum said.
I nodded.

Y/n's P.O.V

I ran out of the hall and towards the parking lot. I had royally fucked this up. What was I thinking? Telling  Tom how I felt about him in front of so many people, that also by yelling. I wouldn't be surprised if Sofia decides to break our friendship. I wouldn't even wanna be friends with myself after all this.

"Y/n, wait! Hold up."

Sof had followed me. Classic Sofia Holland move.

I stopped and turned around. I had been crying so my voice was a bit broken.
Okay, I sounded like a freaking frog.

"I'm sorry. I am so sorry Sof. I totally ruined your party. I've been such a shitty friend. I'm so sorry." I choked.
"Hey, hey, it's okay." Sofia said softly, cupping my right cheek.
"It's fine. I know you. I have known you for the past 8 years and I know you'll never try to hurt me. And i didn't know that you liked Tom so much. Sorry,loved." she chuckled.
"But still. I just..I don't know what happened to me. I hate that I ruined your night. I'm pretty sure those bastards have already posted pictures and videos and this is gonna start so much of controversy. I'm really sorry." I said.
Sofia pulled me in for a hug, gently brushing my hair with her hand.
"It's all good. Everything will be okay." she whispered.
I sniffled and nodded.

Tom's P.O.V

"Is she okay?" I asked as we head home.
Y/n decided to ride home with her parents.
"Better." Sofia replied.
"I'm sorry Sofi. I know that I ruined your party. Is there any way I can make it up to you?" I asked.
"Tom, honestly, it's fine. And, if you wanna make up to me, you can do that." she said, looking out of the window.
"How can I do that?" I asked again.
"Talk to Y/n." she looked at me,"Be honest with her, about your feelings."

I cleared my throat.
"Okay. Done." I replied, making Sofia smile.
