Hayes P.O.V

" I'm august, August Cole" she said with a bit of a smile

The whole class period I couldn't help but notice that she was smiling the whole time. Did I do that. Did I make her smile?

*sound of bell*

Everyone jumped out of there seats to go to next period. "Hey august, what your next class?" I ask hoping it was the same as mine

She pulled out her schedule, "um English 1" she said while putting the paper back in her bag.

"Darn-it, hey since we don't have 2 period together do you mind if I eat with you at lunch"

"Not at all, can't wait" she walked out if the class with a smirk on her face

That's odd. Why is she smiling. OH SHIT, she doesn't no I have a girlfriend. I hope we can still be friends.

Augusts P.O.V

I can't believe hayes just asked me to eat lunch with him. maybe he thinks I'm pretty. Maybe he LIKES me. No stop August you literally just met him.

English 1 went by quick. I started walking to lunch when I saw hayes with a girl against the locker ... They were kissing (more like making out) My mouth dropped. "Well there goes my chance" I mumble as I walk pass them

I wasn't that hungry so I sat at a table alone and pulled out my phone. Just moments later I see hayes and his girlfriend walk over to where i was sitting. His girlfriend looks like a snobby bitch. AUGUST stop thinking like that maybe she is nice, i thought to myself until I was interrupted

"Hey august"

"Hi" I say still looking at my phone

"I would like you to meet my girlfriend Emily " he kissed her cheek

This is going to be a long week
