*on the plane*

Hayes P.O.V

I still don't understand anything that is going on right now I'm sitting near the window next to August with treyton asleep on the other side of her. I needed some  explanations i was furious that she hasn't told me anything that has happened

"What the hell august" I said staring at here

"What?" She said with some attitude

"You havent told me one thing that has happened, font you think i deserve and explanation?" I said looking at Treyton the back at her

"Oh" she was looking at the ground the she spoke again "on my way to fourth period yesterday i got a text from treyton I was going to skip class so that I could talk to him and he told me how his mother died and so I sat in a stall and then the men came in-"

I interrupted her "did you shoot them"

"I shot one of the guys foot so that u could get away" she paused and started freaking out

"Everyone our plane will be landing in 5 minutes" one of the flight attendance announced

August woke up Treyton  and we got of the plane after it landed. Nash was there to pick us up. He drove us to he house and dropped us three there i told nash i would be home in an hour he nodded and drove off

Augusts P O.V

I opened my door to see my mom and two cops sitting on the couch

"Where have you been" she said stirnly

I told her where I went and why Treyton was with me

"Miss would it be ok if i talked to your daughter and her friend alone for a moment" one of the cops asked

She nodded and went upstairs with Treyton

"Would you mind telling me why you shot someone at your school" I looked at the ground and started to speak

"There were guys with mask on, I wa sin one of the stall and they heard me one had a gun and the other two grabbed me the one with the gun slapped me across the face the at when my friend hayes ran ti the office and they started the lock down alarm I took one if their guns while they weren't paying attrition and shot one in the foot" I Said really quickly

" since e you were defending yourself you are not in trouble but next time that happens i want you to get help" the cop said and then left the house

Hayes and I sat there in silent until my mom came down and gave me a hug

" I'm so glad your ok " she whispered

She looked over at hayes " who might this be"

There was a pause for me answering because either didn't know what he was i Mean  we did  kiss but that's it

"Uh-um my friend"  I laughed

" um I'm going o get home my mom si probably worried" hayes said and walked out the door

I looked at my most hen I looked at Treyton as he walked down the steps

" um so what happens now do I live her either Mean I have no other family" he said confused

"Yes you will live with us" my mom said with a smile

" Monday we will go and get all your stuff from indianna, but August you will have to stay here we will probably be gone for 4 days" I nodded

I told my mom i was going to go to sleep and I went to my room I'm pretty sure Treyton would be fine with sleeping on the couch until he gets his stuff
