06|THE WEDDING

The Wedding of Lady Giovanna and Viscount Barnes is yet to be a quiet ceremony with only a few names coming out along with royalty. Queen Adelaide I of Laezia and Tresian, King Darius of Tresian and Laezia, along with their children would be present as well as Queen Andra II of Adira and King Elias of Adira. This matrimonial union has been blessed by the greatest monarchs.
   It has also been said to be taking place in two weeks. Such a hasty marriage to be made but they say, in such hasty marriage in nine months to see the heir. Will they be able to produce an heir to the shockingly prolific Sterling Family?

The Privileged Papers

     "The author seems to be deeply immersed to the fact, you are getting married." John stated.

     "Yes, and you are deeply immersed to finding out of who the author is." Giovanna replied.

     "I think, the author is a lady from the same social status as ours. Like look at the news, it is us and the news only spreads towards the 'privileged'." He tried to state a fact to her while Giovanna couldn't care less. "Shouldn't you be worrying more about finding a bride next season?" She asked.

     "I know but curiosity runs towards our blood and it is killing me in the inside of who this person is." John answered.

     "The person's initials are CCC." Giovanna rolled her eyes while looking at her betrothal ring.

   "How did you know?" John asked with such eagerness while Giovanna rolled her eyes once again. "In every issues, there would be a small print of CCC at the end by The Privileged Papers as it shows the author for it to be the only initials." She explained to her brother.

     "So, that really helps a lot because there are a lot of members from THIS society."

     "I will begin my investigations." John continued while he stood up as their mother has arrived.

     "You are not going to begin some pleasantry investigations. John, you are going to learn how to be an Earl. To lead a family, be a loving husband and father." Their mother stated while Giovanna was trying her best not to laugh out loud.

     "But I am investigating a mystery of a lifetime. This is the Privileged Papers, Mother." John protested.

     "Do it not in midday but rather at times when you don't have to do anything." Their mother started sitting down.

     "I don't have anything to do right now, can I investigate now?" John asked while Lady Genesis Carmichael, their mother slowly shake her head. "Your father wants to talk to you due to some private talk and matters to handle because you will need to know it at some point." Genesis stated causing John to groan.

     "Alright, he is in his study right?" John asked with their mother nodding.

     Now Giovanna and her mother, Genesis is left all alone.

     "Dearest, you need to pick a crown to wear for your wedding?" Her mother asked sitting down beside her while she smiled at her mother. "Can I wear the crown where the family colors are represented?" She stated while her mother nodded.

     "The white and gold crown. I can talk to your father about that. Also, what is your necklace?"

     "The one what you wore in my birth." Giovanna was easy to answer towards questions she already know the answers to.

     "Yes, I have that in my jewelry box so I am suspecting that your earrings would be the pearl ones which the Viscount gave you?" Her mother asked in clarification as she gladly nodded knowing that was the plan.
