Yoimiya says while walking up to me, "Uh no, I thought you two always walked to school together, "Yeah but we didn't meet up today, it's not like him to not come", "The last time I saw him was yesterday, we haven't talked since", "Oh, well im starting to get worried could you text him or-", "Yeah definitely" I say while cutting her off and pulling out my phone.

Venti: Hey xiao me and yoimiya noticed you didn't come today, are you ok?

Xiao's Pov:

*Knock Knock*, "Who is it..?", "Your boyfriend obviously", "Venti? Ah, wait do-" But before I could finish venti opened the door, "Hey xia-.." Venti cut himself off and just stared at me, "Xiao...why do you have..bruises?", "Venti! Uh heyy it's great you came to visit me, im sorry I didn't come to school today but uh..I love you", "That's what I asked you xiao..", I sigh, "Ok fine I'll tell you what happened", "Good" Venti says while sitting down on my bed next to me, "Ok so my mom went through my phone and found our text so, she knows we're dating now", "Oh.." Venti says quietly, "She got really upset cause she wants our family to be perfect and for me as the oldest to be the "role model" of the family and also be perfect and apparently cause we're dating im not perfect anymore and im ruining our family reputation, and it's always been this way, my parents are always pressuring me to be the most perfect thing in the world, and im sick of it, I have to keep good grades, I have to wear whatever they want me to, I can't really hang out with anyone so I have to sneak out, it's just not fair, but..sorry for venting im getting off-topic, so she told my dad and, well I guess you can assume what he did to me-" I got cut off by venti hugging me, "Xiao you don't ever have to pretend to be any certain way for anyone, you being yourself is the best way you can be, and that's the reason I love you", "..I've never had anyone say anything like that to me...you really do love me."
