Okay, what in the actual hell is this?
I dunno *shrugs
Okay, enough with jokes.
Stoicism is a philosophy where a person doesn't focus on the things he can't control.
And this is a good philosophy anyways.
So how could you apply this to your own life? Very simple. If you find yourself in trouble of any sort, ask yourself “Is this something I can control”? If it is, then do your best to find a solution but if not, let go.
Again, focus on the things you can control and the things that you can't.
Another one.
Memento mori.
Remember that you will die. Let your actions be the action that someone who knows that life is temporary and it can be taken in a moment. Let that be your compass in life.
