Tired and Trouble (Slight NSFW) | Chapter 2

Toriel: Kris... Kris... KRIS.

Kris looked up after having their head on the counter, as they didn't get much sleep last night. Kris looked at Toriel who was just tapping her foot with her arms crossed, while Asriel was serving someone.

Toriel: You look so tired, how much sleep did you get?

Kris: I don't know... not much...

Toriel: I can tell, why don't you go home? Me and Asriel can handle it today.

Kris: Hmm... fine... seeing how you'll keep pestering me until I do...

Toriel: Just make sure to get enough sleep for tomorrow ok?

Kris: Mhm...

Kris just rubbed their eyes and after getting their stuff they left the shop, and when they were walking home they accidentally bumped into a tree as they had their eyes shut. Kris walked into it so hard that it knocked them out and a few hours later they opened their eyes to see themselves in a bed.

Kris: W-what? H-how did I?... ow, my head, what happened? All I remember was walking into something then everything going black.

Kris looked around them to see lots of drawings, but they didn't leave the bed as it was very comfortable, way more comfortable than the one they slept on.

Kris: How can a bed be this comfortable? I'm so jealous, wait, is someone coming?

Someone was coming and Kris just watched the door slowly open, and when it fully opened Kris saw who it was.

Kris: Ralsei?

Ralsei: Hello, I um, noticed you were knocked out on the ground, so I... um... took you to my house...

Kris: Oh.

Ralsei: What's your name? You never told me.

Kris: Kris.

Ralsei: Right, well Kris, how are you feeling?

Kris: Much better.

Ralsei: That's good to hear, do you know what happened?

Kris: I was walking home from work as my mom forced me to go home as i'm super tired, I think I walked into a tree or something and it knocked me out.

Ralsei: Oh, well as long as you're fine now that's all that matters. Do you still feel tired?

Kris: Yeah...

Ralsei: Well you can sleep in bed for longer.

Kris: What? But this is your bed, I don't want to sleep in your bed.

Ralsei: No please, I don't mind, it's the least I can do for you after comforting me yesterday. Do you need anything? Water? Food?

Kris: Just water please.

Ralsei: Ok, i'll get you some.

Ralsei left the room to get Kris some water.

Kris: (This feels... weird but comforting. I just met the guy yesterday and i'm already sleeping in his bed, but it feels nice that he's taking care of me... I guess this might be his way of saying thanks? I think I should just let him take care of me, i'm not really in the state to retaliate, and who would when you're on such a comfortable bed.)

Ralsei then came back with a glass of water and put it next to Kris on the bedside table.

Ralsei: There you go.

Kris: Thank you.

Ralsei: Just let me know if you need anything.

Kris: Ok.
