Chapter 4

The journey took a bit, but it was nice to ride on the wolves, even if I had to tie myself to Ranga so I don't fall off

Now Dwargon was in sight, or the mountain and gate were, since the city is apparently in the mountain, for whatever reason

Only me and Gobta go in and the rest stay near the entrance

There's a line to get in so we have to wait for a bit which isn't a problem, however...

Random guy: "What do we have here" I turn around and see two thugs looking at us 

Some other guy: "Looks like some weak monsters going in to Dwargon" he suddenly had a smile on his face "We can't do anything to monsters inside, but outside they're fair game"

Me: *Sigh human trash* I look at them and talk "I'd recommend that you back of, or I'll have to hurt you in self defense" 

Random guy: "The slime can talk, I bet he would fetch a high price" the thug had a disgusting smile on his face, which just pissed me of even more

Me: *They'll never change* "To everyone watching, I am acting in self defense so don't freak out" the other people seemed confused at what I meant, but I then turned into a giant wolf and stared down the thugs *I'm just gonna scare them off, even if it's self defense I thought the humans will take kindly to me killing the thugs* I howl at them and they look like they are gonna piss them selfs, but unfortunately they stand their ground

Random guy: "You just changed your appearance, you don't scare us" they are getting ready to fight

Me: *Just run away* they send a bunch of attacks at me but they just bounce of *Sigh I'll just use Menace* I use Menace and they all start freaking out

When I stop there is none around me

Me: *Did I over do it?*

Great sage: /Report: Damage report from menace: 16 fled, 68 confused, 92 fainted, 34 soiled them selfs/

Me: *Well sh-* my thoughts were interrupted by shouting behind me, I turn around and see guards running at me so I turn back into a slime

Guard: "A slime?" he asked

Me: "I swear this isn't what it looks like" I say to defend myself, but I still end up in a barrel in a jail cell

-Later

Captain: "Well what you say does line up with the witness report"

Me: "Exactly, I was just defending myself, I didn't mean to cause you so much trouble, so sorry" I say from the inside of the barrel while Gobta is tied up and sleeping 

Captain: "Alright then, just this once, I'll let you g-" he was interrupted by someone running in and screaming for him

Me: *God dammit* I think to myself, since I was about to be let out

Guard: "Captain, there was an armorsaurus attack in the mines"

Captain: "Call the suppression force" the captain answered, a little concerned

Guard: "They are on route sir, but Gard and his brothers were badly injured"

Captain: "Do we have any potions?"

Guard: "Not enough sir" he said with a sad tone

Captain: "Damn, we have to do something, look for more potions search the entire city"

Me: "Excuse me" while they were panicking they said something about not enough potions so I filled up the barrel with the healing potions from those cave plants "Excuse me" I said again a poked him with a slime tentacle
