C9 - Parents

Today was the day that they had been preparing for, today they were going into the oceans to find Taehyung's family. They were already on a 91.5m explorer yacht Tranquility. Tranquility is packed with premium superyacht features, including a foredeck helipad, spa and wellness area and 20 metre swimming pool. The tender garage houses two 10.5 metre Hodgson tenders – one sport and one limousine that can carry up to 12 guests and two crew each. Tranquility is well equipped for adventure with a range of water toys including Jet Skis, Wave Runners, SeaBobs, and an electric surfboard. As an upgrade they also required a 4-person mini-submarine that releases from the bottom.

As they were getting near to the Bermuda triangle they set the Anker and began to get into their scuba gear, other than Taehyung who just went down in Jungkook's oversized white tee and short shorts. The 4 of them, Jungkook, Taehyung, Qing and Xiao got into the mini-submarine and started to get it ready to go. After they all cleared all the lights to get going, they headed off into the ocean carefully, not knowing what to expect. After a little while, they head noises outside of the confines of the Sub.

As they were searching for the noise's Taehyung spoke up and said "We've found the mermaids, I'll go out, you stay inside" Everyone nodded as Taehyung went to the Hatch and closed it, he let the small area fill with water as he slowly turned back into his mermaid self, he opened the outside latch and swam out of the sub, as soon as the latch was closed, he heard a voice behind him "You're a mermaid, like us" He swished around and saw a young boy around 12. Taehyung slightly smiled and said, "I am, I'm looking for someone, maybe you can help me?" Taehyung looked into his eyes and the boy gasped and said "I love helping people, Who is it? Maybe I know them?" Taehyung smiled even more and said "Her name is Kim Cleodora, She's the daughter of the River god" The boy gasped and said, "You mean Queen Cleodora, She's in the palace with her husband King Poseidon, today isn't a very good day, they lost their son 19 years ago today, they always mourn him on this day." Taehyung looked shocked, He spoke, "Was his son named Taehyung, Kim Taehyung?" The boy gasped and said, "Yes, how did you know?" Taehyung slightly smiled and said "That's me, I'm their son" The boy gasped and ran away scared and anxious, Taehyung sighed and slowly made his way back into the sub. The first thing he said was "Turns out, my parents have been mourning me all this time, My mother and father are together in the palace, it's been exactly 19 years since I was forced out" Jungkook was looking out the window and then turned to Taehyung and said, "Is that why that boy ran away?" Taehyung said "I just told him who I was, he said my mother is now the queen of the ocean" Xiao and Qing both gasped and said "We got company" Both boys stared out the window as a group of mermaids with spears came out with annoyance on their faces. Taehyung sighed and went back into the small room and went back out into the ocean after turning back into a mermaid. He looked at the guards and waited for them to speak, one of the guards at the front, stared him down and then stared at the sub with anger, he spoke "How dare you to bring humans here? First, you bring them here and then you claim that you are the son of the king and queen" Taehyung looked at him and said "I am the son of the king and queen, Kim Cleodora is my mother, she gave me up when I was 4 to the humans, feel free to go and ask her if you don't believe me. I do wonder what they would say if they found out that you wouldn't allow their son into the palace to meet them after they have mourned for me for so long." The guards all took a break while one of the guards at the back felt a hand on his shoulder, he turned and saw the queen. He swam aside and bowed, the queen took no notice at all, she was too busy staring at the boy in front. She slowly swims forward and whispered "TaeTae, My little TaeTae" Taehyung's eyes opened as he looked at her and he slightly smiled, he whispered "Hello mother" Cleodora rushed over to her son and hugged him tightly, she kept muttering apologies playing with his hair, A deep voice popped up "Is that our little boy, Cleo?" Cleodora pulled away and shouted "Yes, it's our little boy Taehyung, He's back" Another body flew towards Taehyung and stared down at him, Taehyung knew straight away, this man was his father. The jawline, the eyes, and the hair. All the same as his own. Taehyung was staring at him until he whispered "Hello Father" The man grabbed him and pulled him into a hug too. After a few minutes of hugging, Taehyung gasped which caused shook through both his parents and he turned towards the sub, he looked at Jungkook through the glass and then turned towards his parents. He spoke "I want you to meet my mate, he is human but he is the person I will be with for the rest of my lift" Both his parents gasped and looked at each other as the Taehyung gestured to Jungkook to come out, He saw Jungkook moving towards the hatch and he disappeared into it, soon after Jungkook appeared without his helmet on, he looked at Taehyung's parent's and spoke "Hello, My name is Jeon Jungkook, It's nice to meet you" Cleo and Poseiden both were in awe at Jungkook being out the sub without a helmet on and then realizes that it means Taehyung and Jungkook must have mated for him to be able to break underwater in human form. Taehyung giggled as he figured out why they were silent. Taehyung looked at him and pulled him closer to himself, He whispered "You just showed them, that we have mated" Jungkook giggled and said "That was the idea, You're not leaving me, not in a million years" As they were chatting and giggling with each other Cleo and Poseidon were watching them interact but they both knew, they couldn't separate them for anything, it's either, accept Jungkook and their relationship or lose Taehyung again.Them being separated now would mean Taehyung slowly dying. So Taehyung's parents and Jungkooks Parents all went back up to the ship with their private guard in tow.

They sat down on the deck talking while drinking and eating. Taehyung was snuggling up to Jungkook with a big smile on their faces while their parents had talk's about the past and the future. Jungkook had noticed that Taehyung had fallen asleep after a while with a big smile on his face. Jungkook smiled and kept looking. Cleo whispered to him "He really is beautiful isn't he" Jungkook giggled and spoke "He sure is beautiful, smart... It only took him 3 months to learn how the human world worked after he joined our family on land, He knows right from wrong and he knows if he doesn't like something, all he has to do is say and we'll change it," Jungkook looked around and said "I'm glad that I met him, he's perfect for me in every way" Xiao smiled and said "We were extremely happy that you found someone that is your Ying to his Yang" Jungkook grinned and said "He's my Soulmate, through and through" He heard a little giggle from Taehyung who was still sleeping. Poseidon spoke "Doe's he normally sleep during the day? And giggle in his sleep?" Jungkook smirked and said "He only sleep during the day when he's exhausted or his brain fries, He sleep talks and giggles all the time, sometimes he even starts biting my ear in his sleep" Poseidon giggled and said "Just like his mother then" Cleo blushed and said "I don't, Don't lie" Everyone giggled and then Taehyung slowly moved in his position to slowly chomping down on Jungkook's neck, Jungkook snickered and whispered "Example A" everyone looked and saw Taehyung biting his neck and sucking. Jungkook giggled and said "The number of bites and bruises I get from him in his sleep is astounding" everyone giggled and then Taehyung woke up with a taste of blood in his mouth, he looked at what he was doing and then stopped, he heard a snicker and then "Oh, you're awake now, are you? Mind letting go now" As Jungkook thought he was letting go, Taehyung slowly crept back towards his neck and takes a big bite and sucks on it hard. Jungkook knows if he doesn't stop Taehyung now, it will go a lot further but with their family sitting in this very room with them he knows he can't. He whispered "Stop, Family in room" Taehyung stops and slowly turns in the opposite direction of everyone and then hides behind Jungkook as everyone laughs.
