We crave love and excitement. We crave attention and acceptance. We suspect of a higher existence, but choose to ignore it. We look in the darkest places to find love. Whether we did or not, we keep looking. In search of a light that we once had when we were kids. We search for what makes us human in the depths of our souls. We lie and we sin but we love more than anyone. We drink and we dance like crazy. We scream and we yell in the quietest of rooms, just to hear something out of the ordinary. We play our music way to loud and pour out hearts out to all the wrong people. We are fierce and lost. But we will find our way, because we are human.
We are teenagers and we are beautiful
