Differing from Ea, he has to meet a condition to unleash this imperial Noble Phantasm, and it takes most of his magical energy to utilize it. As a sword that can summon floods, it must be deployed for seven days as the volume of water increases each day after its activation. After the seventh day, it turns into the Surge of Utnapishtim from the Epic of Gilgamesh.
Upon invoking its True Name, Enki takes the form of a longbow by connecting the two swords at their hilts. It generates an arrow that is fired at the ground to act as a "tracer round" for his true trump card that is deployed high in satellite orbit above the earth.
Just as Ea is Gilgamesh's ultimate noble phantasm, Enki is his brother. However, it requires time to perform this ultimate attack. To circumvent this weakness, another technique was created.
Channeling the power of the great flood into a single arrow of light, it is released with the ability to 'cleanse' all things. Though it decreases its efficiency by a lot.
It does extra damage against those who have done 'Evil', as the flood was done to punish the wickedness of man.
