You've Got The Power

You wake up in a fully white room. It's entirely empty, apart from a shadow at the other end of the room.
"Wh- Am I dead?" you ask the being. 
"No, you are still-" the being boomed. "actually there's no point in me doing that voice. Yeah, you're dead. But don't worry, you were hit by a green bolt."
"Green bolt?" you enquired.
"Yeah, if you get hit with the green lightning bolt, you survive, no matter how severe the injuries. You'll also wake up in your bed with no wounds or marks from the hit, and your family won't even realise you would've been hit and that you arrived safe and sound."
"Cool! Can you, like, send me back now? I don't really want to see heaven at fifteen."
"Who said this was heaven?"
"Well, heaven's white isn't it?"
"No, it's actually- Oh, you're going, bye!"
"Yep, bye!"
"Oh, also, if you look at two people then click your left fingers you'll swap their bodies!"
"WHAT?!"

You were flung back down to Earth and woke up in your bed, like the shadow said.
