It's been a few weeks since I slept at Kanna's and my parents don't mind me living there at this point in time. And it just so happen that Valentines Day is today. And because of that, our teacher is making us bake some homemade chocolates. But there was one problem... I don't know how to cook or bake.
"Y/n I'm sure your gonna bake something amazing huh." And random girl in my class said to me. "What makes you think that?" "I mean you can draw so well and they say a person who's good with their hands can make everything look good. But in this case it would taste good." Well that's a lie cause I don't know how to bake stupid. "Well sorry to disappoint you but I don't know how the bake or cook." The girl suddenly froze with a look of disbelief on her face. "No way the greatest artist of all doesn't know how to cook or bake??" I literally just said that-
"No one ever taught me how." And with that comment I was surrounded by a crowd of people asking me question and other arguing about me not knowing how to cook or bake. I had a bit of an annoyed look but did my best to hold it in. And from the corner of my eyes I saw Kanna walking towards me. "Stop it you guys it's annoying him." And with those words the crowd slowly dispersed.
"Thanks Kanna." I said with a smile on my face. She nodded her yes then went back to want she was doing. After a while of class and instructions we got to baking. We split into groups of three. I was with a guy and a girl.
"The names Yukimura and that's Chiki. I don't think you know our names since we don't talk to you." Chiki waved hello but seem shy about it. "Oh and don't worry about having to introduce yourself. Your popular for your art so lots know you." "Well is still rude if I don't so I'm Y/n L/n its nice to officially meet you." I said with a smile. They seemed a little more relaxed with me and I felt more comfortable. Its good to make other friends than just Kanna anyways but knowing me I would just want to be with Kanna and only her.
"Alright now that you all are in your groups it's time to being baking. Now follow the instructions and you should be fine, remember to have fun and if you need my help just ask."
After two hours of baking of cakes turned out to be good enough-
I'm not the best with baking but it was edible and was a decent presentation. It was a little too sweet but with some practice it can be better to baking it way more work than drawing so I was tired out. But I made my own little snack just for Kanna. It was a chocolate chip cupcake. It seem more easier to bake so I made my own little batch. After tasting it, it tasted really good and I wanted to give it to Kanna since it is the day of love.
After cleaning I went to find Kanna and went to give her the cupcakes. But when I found her there was a person blushing and handing some chocolates to Kanna. I was pissed off but frozen at the same time I didn't know what to do. I didn't want to get involved but I don't want anyone else to have Kanna...
She took the chocolates but then shook her head no. I felt relieved but the guy snatched the chocolates back and ran off. I was going to chase them down and punch them but Kanna noticed me.
I walked up to her and gave her the cupcakes. "Though I'm not good with baking i wanted to give you this as a way of saying thank you and as an I love you gift. I-i mean it is Valentines Day." I said blushing and looking away from her.
"Ooh looks tasty thank you!" I watch her eat it from my hand as I was surprised she did.
After she finished it I wiped away some crumps around her mouth but found myself staring into her eyes. They were so beautiful it reminded me of sapphires.
She leaned in closer to my face as I leaned into hers without realizing. Once I noticed how close I was I backed away but she stopped me and pulled me in for a kiss on the lips. I quickly melted into the kiss as I tasted her soft chocolately lips. We pulled apart for air and I began to blush like crazy as she began to blush as well. Though we are kids we felt ture love with both our lips and heart. After a small moment of silence she began to speak but before she could say anything I yelled to her "H-HAPPY VALENTINES DAY! AND I LOVE YOU WITH ALL MY HEART!" She smiled at me then said, "I love you too." I blushed so hard you can see from a far distance I was red. But I was too happy to care. Not only did I get my first kiss with the one I love most with shared our first Valentines together.
