Wearing a cover hood Z tao walk the muddy road because of the heavy rain, he was looking everywhere then notice a bar, he walk in and sat on the bars front desk, looking around the bartender came "what can I get you mate?"- he asked cleaning the glass "one large beer"- tao said, he nod and went away, tao looked around to see town people, he smirk and concentrate more to the peoples conversation, taking few sips of the beer he finally heard the thing he was trying to find
"Ya man I was right there, I was the first one to step outside to fight with those creatures" man 1 said
"ya.... I was the one came first I saw you coming out of the house when a creature throw fire gas inside the house of yours, stop lying"- man 2,
"I'm not lying you are.."- man 1 said and they started fighting but one man slam the table to stop them
"both of you fools, the girl was the one who fought with the demons and encourage us to fight for our town.
Nobody cares who was the first to step in, the most important part is we are united and alive because of her"- man 3 said everyone nodded and sat down. listening to the conversation Tao smiles cheekily while drinking the beer.
It was 2 hour past midnight. Men are leaving the bar in an unstable condition, but they don't know one is going to meet them for the last time.
Tao follow those 3 men and after few minutes they split up, he look at the three of them and follow the 3rd man, right when the ally way became darker, tao grab that man and pushed him to the wall making him groan in pain by the impact,
"stand still (tao show his red eyes to him and compelled him)
'good, now tell me what you know about the girl that encourage you to fight back, tell me where she lives?"- tao ask
"I don't know she was a traveler, we didn't know where she came for"- man 3 said,
"damn it, so she heard? Where did she was heading to?"- tao asked,
"no, (tao sigh) but we saw her living the next morning with some Alynthi soldiers that also visited that day"- man 3 said,
"yes Alynthi, that guy who stab me, I remember the symbol now. Ahh that girl made me lose my mind at that time didn't she hahaha. Can't wait to find you baby girl (looked at the man) you been quite useful, be little bit more for me"- tao said and open his fangs then dug it in the man's neck draining him out then throw him away when he finish, looking at the moon with red eyes he spoke "I'm coming".
Back at Alynthi old tree cave
"What are you doing here?"- Jungkook asked "shouldn't I ask you that?" I asked you in the morning about the old tree but you lie to me, saying you don't know.... why?"- y/n said walking towards him with the box
"I'm... I'm not forced to tell you that, I'm the prince. I can hide my city's ancient places from outsiders like you"- Jungkook said, y/n look down and sigh "and I thought you guys swear to be loyal to mankind.
You knew I won't be able to cut the branches with my physical power and blade, yet you told me to do it, You knew why I'm here, you knew about the mission yet you didn't help me, the world's future relay on this.."-y/n cut off
"what world your talking about ha? The world you're trying to free is full of shitty people, everyone is selfish and greedy for power, the loyalty will be forgotten if they had to pick their own life apone another. The demons may show the horror from outside by killing people but the actual demons are in human, they will make you trust them and right in front of you they will break it and take away the only thing you loved"- jungkook said with anger
"so you don't want to save your family when those creatures attack them? (Jungkook looked at you)
humans are selfish and greedy but they also care, care for whom they love, some people are terrible but that doesn't make the rest of the people bad.
Tell me looking at a little kids eyes do you see any selfishness or greed for power. They want love and to be free, that's what I'm going to give them"- y/n said and walk out of the water to the tunnel.
Jungkook look blankly at the water then to the tree, he saw little himself laughing while playing around
the tree that made him tear up.
Jungkook saw himself how he used to love with full heart, the most naughty and carefree boy but the truth of his father made everything around him change, he started looking at people and for him people started to look at him differently and he changed.
Jungkook sigh and turn around to see you struggle to get back up by the hole. He thinks you are right maybe he was to drown in his way of seeing people that made him blind in some way.
He walked to you "here's an easy way"- Jungkook said, y/n stopped her action and looked at him walking to a hanging tree branch, y/n followed him because he had to come inside.
He moved the branches to revile a stare case,
she climbed up followed by jungkook, y/n went out and going around she saw Raya trying to look inside the hole to find you. "Raya (she look at you and smile and jump on you rubbing her head, clearly showing she's happy to see you)
"ok ok, let's go it's late"- y/n said as Raya's stomach growl. They walk the way out of the forest, it was silent, they walk out to see only jungkook's flying object (flying bike)
he climbed on it "come I'll take you"- he said,
"it's fine I can walk"- y/n said and about to walk away but stopped when she heard him saying "pleaseee"
she saw guilty in his eyes, so she didn't spoke more and took his offer and fly to the palace !the view up there was mesmerising, Raya was also following you behind.
Y/n laughed when the mountain's wet cloud hits her face, jungkook smiles listening to her giggle knowing maybe she can forgive his silliness.
