"MOON Y/N, YOU USELESS CREATURE. I don't know why we are still keeping a sloth like you. Hurry up now!my molly needs her hot water and skin paste for bath"- your step mom shouted from the hall below "coming step mother" you replied back immediately...but "oh no I'm not even finished with the dishes, what should I do?.. um should I try magic? (You asked the little squirrel friends) can you look out for me? (They nodded their head vigorously) thanks (you stood up and started the magic, as slowly the brush moves of its own cleaning the dishes!
meanwhile your little squirrel was looking for any threats. Suddenly they saw your step mother coming out of the house towards the pond as they came down the trees and started tugging your dress, as you looked down and hurry up) I'm almost done"- you said collecting all the dishes right as then you step mom came.
"how do you want me to tell you to heat up the water?". she said having a killing look on her face "i'm going now mom"-you said looking down, "mam! I told you to call me mam when your father is not around. (I look down in frustration again) anyway...did you finish all this on your own (you nodded immediately) hmm you didn't use your black magic did you (I responded a no) I will find out if you do, now get inside and do your work"- she said leaving me alone again "yes mam"- i returned soon after running for the next work she gave me!
I was cooking for our dinner when the house bell rang indicating dad has returned. When you were busy up there..meanwhile your step mom switched your place from the kitchen with Molly who was painting her nails to open the door. Just to put on the same drama i am being a part of from the time my mom died.
"Welcome back appa"- molly said, "honey welcome home"- your step mom said and took his bag, giving it to me to keep it in place."Appa, did you bring me anything?"- Molly asks with a cute face which is a wholesome cringe but I never say anything
"stop it molly, bring appa a glass of water"- step mother ordered as Molly gave a 'what' face to her but got cut off as her mom showed her eyes.
"After 2 days we have an invitation at the royal palace with a full family and the king personally invited us"- father said out of sudden ..but before he could complete,,Molly started to jump, looking nothing less than a monkey if i say... "omg an invitation at the royal palace, I can't believe it. I'm going inside the palace where all the princes will be. Dad why you told us now, I have to prepare so much omg"- Molly started speaking so fast that we couldn't even understand.
"Stop it molly,, so did they called all the family?"- step mom asked "yes they did, and I brought cloths for all too"- he handed over the bags of cloth as molly jumped and took it, opening, seeing 3 dress "appa both of this dress are same design but different colours"- molly said showing the two dress "yes one for you and one for y/n"- father said as I smiled looking at the cloth.
molly rolled her eyes and checked the color then took the red one giving me the blue one. I smiled looking at the beautiful dress.
At night everyone fell asleep, but i got up and cast a spell to create a dummy myself. I everytime noticed that my powers are strong with the moon light. So I jumped out of the window and running out to the graveyard.
Our city is surrounded by night creatures and giant walls with 24/7 soldiers so I'm not afraid of going out at night.
I reached the graveyard and saw the person I came to meet, Grandma Witch (the city people call her that, and so do you) She is my ultimate teacher or more from whom i learned magic. Everyone says she went mad but I know she has much more capability than any of us.
"Grandma I'm here"- I said as she smiled looking "you came right on time. let me show you a magic trick casting any mythological creature bring back life, I think it will be helpful for you, because you can talk to animals and if so.. this will help you to control powerful one"- grandma said as I frowned "ok but do i really need it?"- I said as I casted the magic "oh dear you'll see. Everything has its own use someday or another"- she said. I don't understand her but I do as she says.
I was sneaking inside the room but then saw a shadow as the lights turned on. I felt my soul just leave my body. She used body control and grabbed me, making me stiff while dragging me near her.
"You think you're too smart, witching out at night thinking no one will know. All these years you didn't understand your limits ,do you?- said my step mom...'So let me remain again tomorrow, what worth you have under my control" she said and threw me on the bed leaving the room. "get ready for hell"- molly said smirking.
Alynthi pov
"The night creatures attacks are getting more and more frequent with the increase of the creature which are more powerful!! we have to send a team to find the reason of the sudden rise of the demon army's, I think they are preparing a big war to attack the villages and their villagers to get more supplies for there big army"- the general finished the sudden meeting called news. "Hmm... jungkook talk to your soldier and create a team as fast as you can" taehyung replied!
"with all honour your highness, I want to lead the team if you give permission"- jungkook said,
"what no,, are you going crazy jungkook. Beside your father's health is falling, he needs his sons near him at this time"- mother exclaimed
"and it's high time to clear his sins too. So I'm going to lead the team making sure out that citizens won't go through any harm in the future. It's the less I can do after years of torture they felt in our fathers rule"- jungkook said as he looked at taehyung
"I give you the permission to lead it, no one other can do this more successfully than my brother can. Meeting dismissed"- taehyung said as everyone got up leaving the room exept taehyung who was standing near the window.
"I know you hate me when your father married me,! but kill 'me' if you like,, why killing my son?
I tried to be a mother to you taehyung but what you're giving me in return? If somethings happens to him, I will never forgive you"- mother said and went out wiping her tears as taehyung sighed deep.
Invitation day (y/n pov)
My whole body was attached with pain to the level that it's hard to put on clothes too. They don't hurt me physically but they gave me so much work that hurts my body, like lifting heavy furniture which end up hurting my muscles, and scrabbling the house floor with the cloth and the moisture made my hand soft getting cuts easily making it burn when the sope hit the spot and many more.
I looked at myself in the mirror with the dress my father brought for me. Molly throws her red nail paint on the side of it trying to make it ugly but she can't even aim right even though she has power to float in her.
The worst part is that my father won't try to understand me, even when step mother does things like that,,
so my father won't notice, but I know he knows what's going on in the house but he still ignores it, making me more sad. The person without doing any protection from them...he throws me on the pit of fire and turn his back at me. A tear ran down my cheeks as I looked the end result.
"ugly"- I heard Molly say, looking at me from the doorstep and then going to the living room. "Maybe she's right! I'm ugly for hopping for respect and love from this family"- I said and went out of the room but a mysterious bird came inside and put a flower in my hand looking at my off color spot,
I understand her and put the flower on it to hide the spot. "Thank you"- I replied and walked to the room where my father looked at me
"you look just like your mother y/n"- he said as I saw tears threatening to fall but soon he looked away and got up leaving the room.
