They ate together, lived together and shared secrets with each other, they used to share a bed when they were younger too! yet he betrayed him just like that, after all they've been through
The mortifying sound of Olivia Rodrigo's song, Traitor was blasting through speakers when Trina walked into their surprisingly unlocked apartment. She heard about what happened with Shaun and Kyan and was tasked to deliver him the assignments he missed out so he would at least graduate.
'Jesus Christ, they really need to start locking their apartments. If a robber came in here nobody would be able to stop them since Kyan's too busy being an emo little bitch and listening to olivia rodrigo to notice!' she thought. She put the pile of papers on the dinner table and knocked on Kyan's door
"Kyan!! this is Trina, i would appreciate if you opened the door." Trina yelled to make sure he could hear her even with olivia rodrigo blasting in the background.
It took a moment, but Kyan finally opened the door. And when he did, trina was greeted by a strange smell
"What is that smell? how long has it been since you've left the room, Kyan! you've been lying down in the same spot for a week your sweat is beginning to leave a mark!" she immediately opened his closet and grabbed a black towel, then pushed him into their bathroom. "Make sure to wash the middle of your double chin! (i just know theres moss forming in there)"
Minutes later, when Kyan finished showering and put on his outfit he got from hot topic at a 20% discount, he sat on the sofa with Trina.
"Now tell me, what's all this about? i could hear Traitor from a mile away, what is going on?" She asked in a concerned tone
Kyan wanted to kick her out, but he knew he would have no one else to talk to if he did, he could always go to Shaun but he doubts he would just talk to him after he ditched him like that, so he opened his mouth and spoke.
".. It's Shaun, i saw a note conversation in my locker between him and Aedan talking about how i laze around too much and that he feels like a maid doing all the housework, even though he never lets me do that stuff cause he doesn't want me getting tired! i was scared, i thought he said all that as an excuse cause i wasn't doing it right.." Kyan said in a low tone.
Trina sighed, this man woke his entire apartment complex and absolutely annihilated their eardrums over something with a simple solution.
"Kyan, i know he's close to you. You trust him dont you? so why don't you try listening to HIS side of the story? even if he did have a conversation with Aedan why would the note just fly into your locker like this is some harry potter movie, think about it!! i know shaun, he would never do this to someone so close to him, so why don't you just ask him if he had that conversation? and if he really thought that about you?" Trina said
"You know what, maybe your right Trina. I probably have been overreacting, that made me feel.. a lot better, i appreciate it my friend." He said with a slight smile on his face. Maybe it was a misunderstanding, a fire of hope sparked in his heart, maybe Shaun really was his second half, maybe he was the Super to His idol, the Katara to his Aang, maybe he really was all that.. The light of his life, his second half!!
"By the way, Kyan! i brought a small gift for you guys, be sure to open it!! i'll be taking my leave now. Have fun making up with him i guess." Trina said as she shut the door behind her
When Kyan opened the large gift box, he saw a pair of matching lunch boxes, isn't this for couples?

Outside the window, two pairs of ears were listening to their conversation
"Damn it Trina, you girl unemployed"

"Isnt burger king having a discount sale right now, what are you still doing here with me?" Aedan shot back at Gavreil, annoyed.
