41| On Our Way To Happiness

Elena's POV:

"Sofia Colombo gave Rome Rizzo a blowjob in her dorm room." I updated Amelia on the weekly gossip.

I sat on her bed while eating take out fried chicken. She wasn't allowed to eat anything soldi yet but she likes the smell of friend chicken. I didn't mind eating it so I gladly helped!

"No way!" She grinned excitedly.

"Yeah, her papa found out." I added.

Her eyes went wide but before she could demand more details, someone tugged my hair. I turned to meet Silas' scowl. I grinned at him but he just scoffed.

"You little shit, don't you have lectures to attend?"

"They're being recorded." I shrugged.

Besides, I knew that Amelia liked having me around. We talked for a long as we could and I knew how desperate I was for someone to be with me when I was in the hospital.

"I'll call Hector and tell him all about how you're neglecting your education." He threatened me.

"Then I'll tell him all about how you gave your number to that nurse." I smirked.

He narrowed his eyes but backed off. He sat back down on the chair next to Amelia's bed and sent me a dirty glare. Our parents went home to freshen up. They've been here for the past two weeks, not leaving Amelia's side.

"I don't know why you're into that nurse. She looks nothing like Belle." I commented.

Amelia giggled while Silas tensed. I was only teasing him but the mention of Belle always got him tense. Even in the car when I blast her songs. It isn't my fault that she only releases bops.

"Don't get involved into my love life." Silas warned me.

"You should make up. It's been almost a decade since you broke up and you're both not over each other." Amelia spoke up.

Belle hasn't dated anyone since Silas. Mom and Belle were close because mom was the one who discovered her. She saw her performance online and decided to give her a record deal.

"Mom says that if you just get the balls to apologise to her, that you two will be fine." I added.

He got up from his seat and stormed out like the drama Queen he truly was. Amelia and I rolled our eyes.

"We should set them up. Do Cupid's work." Amelia suggested.

"Yeah, let's just DM Belle on insta and ask her to date our brother."

She gave me a look but I couldn't help being sarcastic. She had it coming.

"What I actually meant is that we should ask mom to work her magic." She clarified.

"Do you think that'll work?" I wondered.

"How did you think they ended up dating in the first place?"

My jaw dropped and I leaned closer. I avoided touching her midsection because she was still healing but her legs were fine. Besides, we were both cuddly persons.

"Tell me everything!" I squealed.

Was this an invasion of my brother's privacy? Probably.

Do I care? I should.

"Silas has a crush on her first. He'd also go with mom to the office as her supposed guard but all he did was hang out with Belle. Then mom set them up for a date. It was the only time that I saw Silas being nervous and fidgety. He tried on like a million different outfits for that date."
