~day of the promposal~

~Luca's POV~

I was at school, and I remember coming with my boyfriend but he was nowhere to be seen at lunch time. I slowly crept to my usual classroom and smiled. He kissed me here. Just a couple of days ago too. And he handed me a big box with red wrapping and my name on it. He remembered my birthday. And we ate together in pure bliss. Just talking. But where was that enchanting boy now?

I needed his smile cause damn had this day been horrible. I mean ALL of my classes had subs and all of them were jerks.

Then it popped into my head. A huge question that could be the end of our relationship. What about college? I mean I was going to New York but what about him? Was he going somewhere else?

I sat down in the same desk as the other day and cried a little. I mean I would obviously miss him. God. What do I do?

~Ash's POV~

I finished setting up th scavenger hunt to get to me and our dinner, and my school announcement. I can't wait to see the look on his face when he hears about it. I think part of me is also sort of afraid. That he will say it was a mistake. What if he doesn't want me?

~After school~

~Luca's POV~

I walk out of the school and see a bright yellow balloon with an L on it. i got up to it and read the notecard that was also attached.

'Luca,

You are so amazing. I think you should go to our place, y'know, that one where we kissed for the first time. Yeah. Go look there

I went back inside the the classroom that i was in earlier, but it had another yellow balloon. What is this an pulling? This Tim e the notecard had co-ordinates and at small note saying to be there at 7pm. I shrugged and went to the safest place I knew, the library. I should just stay there till 7. I mean they  do let me.

~6:30~

Now I should head to the co-ords. But when I put them into maps they are the neighbors back yard? I just start to walk and eventually I reach the place. And I was right on time.

I see a small trail of green gems going through som curtains. i hesitantly walked through the curtains to see- oh wow.

The neighbors flower arch had a ring of the same gems around it and in the middle was a little cloth and my boyfriend. I dropped my bag and ran to him, practically tackling him. When I was on top of him he hugged my waist and kissed me.

~Ash's POV~

I felt his tiny waist under my arms and hands and couldn't help but kiss him. We stayed there for a second before pulling away and smiling at each other.

"Where were youuuuuu? Lunch was so lonely " he said in a pouty voice and I just giggled.

"Well, I was setting all of this up for you. I thought you may need a break from real life." I said sheepishly and he kissed e again.

"I couldn't have thought of a better excuse" he got off of me and instead sat next to me. I couldn't stop looking at his gorgeous freckles and eyes, especially with the way they shone under the golden light of it becoming night.

I laid down and pulled him down as well so we were cuddling. This mom was perfect. No distractions until I spoke up.

" have something to tell you" I said and I felt him sucking in a breath.

"Shoot" he said and I rolled to face him.

"I got into the nyu animation program" I said and I saw his face snap to face mine. He was so happy, and he just stayed there.. astonished. "And I want to take you to prom" he froze.

"Yes, i want you to take me there and I want to be your date" we kissed one last time before returning our gazes to the now night sky.

It was a good night.
