Does weed raise your libido?
That was the first sentence that Heeseung typed on Google after having a mild mental breakdown over last night and the fact that he made a complete fool out of himself.
And secretly -something that he would only admit after several glasses of soju- how stupid he felt for denying the younger one's advances.
But that's a much deeper topic that he wasn't willing to analyze first thing in the morning.
Somehow, he managed to get over the whirlwind of thoughts about last night and he got up to shower and continue on his day. But as the tedious tasks went on, his mind strayed away from his usual thoughts and focused on Ni-ki.
Heeseung was not going to call him or anything of that short because frankly, he had already thought about bashing his head in a wall over this topic.
He immediately pulled out his phone and decided to call someone else just to keep his mind occupied.
As the phone rang some times the call was answered.
"How's it going, hyung?"
The warm voice was heard by the other side, laced by it's usual peculiar accent, given by the years he spent abroad.
That was none other than Sim Jake, one of the few people that Heeseung felt comfortable with.
Their friendship occured in calligraphy class, an extracurricular activity that was relatively easy in the most boring private highschool that they were both unfortunate to study in.
Though Heeseung was by nature reclusive, he somehow bonded with Jake, who was at the time, willing to talk to him, in contrast with other students. And gradually, during the light hearted chats and hang outs an actual friendship bloomed, one of the things that Heeseung deeply cherished.
"I've got some issues..." the older mumbled tentatively.
"Give me a break, you're literally having a gap year," Jake chuckled on the other side of the phone.
Of course, sadly, like the rest of Heeseung's life, things went south. Both figuratively and literally. Jake decided to move to South Australia and study at Finders University, much to everyone's surprise, civil engineering. They've only managed to meet a couple of times after graduation.
"Y'know... I'm not really the one to socialize."
"Yeah, I do know that. That's why I don't get what's the issue. Are you in your feelings again?" the younger said sarcastically, knowing the other's melancholic stance. "This sad boy shit is getting excessive," he chuckled.
"Well yeah but not like for the usual reasons..."
"Am I gonna force it out of you or are you gonna say why, like a normal person," Jake reprimanded in a joking way.
"Well, I met this kid... Not kid exactly, but y'know seventeen. Don't imagine a child! He's literally taller and he looks older than me but anyway. We somehow met and we hang out after for like 2 times or so and yesterday..." he paused to take a breath. "Well yesterday he gave me some weed-"
"He gave you what now!" Jake screamed on the other side of the phone. "Are you hanging out with the cartel?", he asked dramatically as he was clearly smiling.
