Chapter 13 ~ The Boys Are Back

Hayes's P.O.V.

It's the next day, the day the boys are coming. Matt and I told them about how Madison losing her memory. They told me to try and get her to remember, but I didn't know how. I was think on just telling her, but what if she think I'm crazy. She would probably never want to see me again. Or it could be the other way around and she might want to be with me because I know she's a fan of Magcon and Melanie told me that she loves me. I wanted her to be with me because she knows who I am from the past she forgot.

I get up from my seat on the couch and walk to the kitchen and make toast. As the toast is in the toaster, I hear footsteps coming and soon Matt comes walking into the kitchen.

"Hey." I said, quietly.

"Hey." He said, "I was think of this, but I don't know if it will work to regain her memory."

"We might as well give it a try." I said.

"Well, why don't you take her out on a date?" He suggested.

"Oh." I said, "And do what?"

"I don't know maybe take her to places she's gone to with you and see if it can get some memories of the past. It may seem like a long shot, but it's worth trying."

"I'll see if she wants to go." I said, grabbing my toast and about to walk out until Matt says.

"And Hayes," I look at him, "She will get her memory back no matter what we do." I give him a smile and walk out back to the living room.

Everyone had woken up except Madison was still in Melanie's guest room. I took this as a chance to ask her. I walked to her room without anyone noticing and knock. I hear Madison say 'Come in' and I walk in. I see Madison sitting at the deck in the corner with a laptop in front of her.

"Hey." I said.

She closes the laptop quickly and turns around, "Hey Hayes." She says with a small blush.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Nothing." She said, quickly.

I look at her, but than decided to drop it, "Anyway, I wanted to ask you something." I said, rubbing the back of my neck.

"Go ahead."

"Would you umm like to just go on a date...with me?" I said, looking her in the eyes.

"Sure." She said, cheerfully.

"Okay." I said, smiling brightly, "Than be ready at around 4."

"Okay." She said, her smile never falling.

I walked out of her room and shut the door. In my mind I was cheering and having a small party in my head, but I kept my cool on the outside. I walked back into the living room. I look at Matt, who was already looking at me, and gave him a look that said 'I did it'. He gave me a small smile and small nod.

The door bell rang and everyone looked at each other.

"Not it." Matt and Melanie said at the same time.

I roll my eyes and walk to the door and open it. I see all the guys standing there.

"Oh, hey." I said.

"Happy to see you too bro." Nash said, rolling his eyes, but still smiling.

"How is she?" Jack G. said.

"She seems fine, other than having amnesia, but she's doing fine." I tell them.

I could tell they were scared and nervous, but once I told them that they seems to relax a bit.

"Well, come in." I said opening the door wider.

They come in and walk to the living room.

"Guys!" Melanie practically shouted and ran to hug them, "Oh my gosh Hayes! It's been so long! How have you been?!" She asked.

I decided to go with the act, "You know everything has been weird and it's not like I didn't see you a few minutes ago or anything."

"Aww. You love me." Melanie said, hugging me.

"I never said I loved you." I said. She looks at me with a shocked face, "I'm just kidding." I hug her back.

The guys laugh at our weirdness. I miss this, just talking and laughing without a care in the world. Sometimes I do wish my name wasn't out there so I could have more moments like these with friends, but I also am glad it happened because then I wouldn't have met any of these amazing people.

I hear footsteps coming downstairs and Ally shows up.

"Guys!" She yells, "Aaron!" She runs and hugs Aaron. He hugs her back.

Someone clears their throat and they let go. Aaron rubs the back of his neck and Ally looks down with a small blush on her cheeks.

"That's cute." We hear Melanie say, gushing at the 'cute' couple.

"Are you guys a thing?" Matt asked, his arms wrapped around Melanie's waist.

"You could say that." Aaron said.

"I called it!" Melanie yelled causing Ally to punch her shoulder. Melanie didn't even flinch, "Oh, I can't wait till ship names come in. Aaron and Alison hmm that's going to be one heck of a name."

"Melanie!" Melanie ran away, laughing, and Ally followed behind, trying to catch up.

It went on for a few minutes until Ally stopped running and sat on the living room couch. Melanie stopped to and jumped on Matt's back.

"Piggy Back Ride!" She yells.

"How do you have so much energy?" Matt looks at her surprised.

"No one knows." We hear another voice say. We turn to look who it was from and see Madison. "Umm hi."

Everyone said 'hi' or 'hey' back. You could tell that Madison was freaking out, but was trying to keep it in, like some fans would do.

"Okay, so lets arrange who gets to sleep where."

It was around 2:50 and I was getting ready for the date. I was so nervous. I was doing the date similar from The Vow. I know what you're thinking 'You've seen The Vow?"and yes, I have. It's a good movie. Anyway, I was going to take her to the places we went together before everything happened.

'Okay, Hayes you can do this. It's just like before. It's still the amazing girl you fell for.' I knock on Madison's room door and she opens it.

She looked beautiful.

"Ready?" I said, smiling.

"Yup." She said, popping the 'p'.

And then we went.

A/N: Woohoo! Who thought a new chapter was gonna be the soon? No one! Okay!

Anyway, so the next chapter in my personal opinion will be a pretty fun and cute chapter.
