SARAH POV
Gigi and I were walking to the car, holding hands. I was trying to hold it together. We got into the car and I just sat there, thinking. I forgot for a minute where I was and what I was doing.
"Mom, are you ok?" Gigi put her hand on my arm.
"No. But, I'll figure it out." I said, trying to smile. "Let's go home." We got in and I started the car and my BTS playlist.
"I have questions," Gigi said.
"So do I, but what are yours? I'll try to answer as best as I can."
"What's going to happen?"
"What do you mean?"
"Are you and dad getting divorced?"
"I don't know what's going to happen with all of that. It's something that we are going to have to decide together."
"But when you say 'together' does Yoongi have a say?" I started crying. I can't drive like this.
"I need to pull over."
:Are you ok?:
:No. Leave me alone.:
I pulled the car over and took a deep breath. I looked at Gigi. "I'm not sure what I should share with you."
"I'm not a kid, mom."
"Yes, you are. But, you're a mature kid," I said, tucking her hair behind her ear. "Daddy and I have always talked to you like an adult and been truthful with you, right?"
"Yes..."
"That's not going to change. But, at the same time, there are things that you can't understand, because you aren't an adult."
"I can take it though."
"I know you can honey. You are smart and brave and beautiful and the best daughter I could ever have asked for. But this is...complicated."
"Why?"
"Because I love daddy. He's my best friend, my life partner. Yoongi..." I didn't know what to say. He's a stranger. I don't know him...do I? "How is it possible that it's Yoongi?"
"Yeah." There was a moment of silence while we both pondered.
"So, please bear with me. We will work through this together, ok?" I squeezed her hand for emphasis.
"Ok. I trust you." She said. I took a deep breath, and got back on the road to head home.
YOONGI POV
I walked into the room with the rest of the guys, and looked around. They were speechless, staring.
"So, where is she?" Jimin asked, looking behind me.
"She left." I said, shrugging.
"Well, when can we meet her?" Kookie asked.
