lily's pov:
oh shit
james pov:
LETS GOOOOOOOOOO

no one's pov:
the couple sat there, looking down at the table. the two daunting lines staring back at them. lily was pregnant and she and james weren't married.
"listen i understand if you don't want t-"
"im keeping it james."
"oh okay great..."
"hey are you alright? you're being weirdly quite."
"im being quite so i don't hurt the baby dummy 🙄"
"oh alright well carry on. im off to go shopping and get tea with y/n so you'll be by yourself for a bit."
"okay have fun darling!!!!!"

y/n's pov:
lily said she had something really important to tell me.... i wonder if they got a dog for me i hope that's it.

no one's pov:

lily and y/n arrived at the furniture store.
"what kind of stuff are you guys wanting?"
"just some kitchen stuff like tables and chairs and then some decorations."

we start walking around and i find a super snazzy looking couch that was maroon. i call a person over and have them order it for me like a bad bitch. i find some cute black metal chairs with a white wooden table. so we order that as well and they delivered the furniture. then we went thrifting and i got some album posters and contemporary art pieces for the house. lily and i arrived at the cafe and ordered our drinks. we sit down at a table and lily folds her hands.

"kay tell me the tea i've been waiting all damn day."
"don't tell anyone alright?"
"yes mommy." she then widens her eyes and rolls her eyes.
"i'm pregnant."
"wait really?"
"yup. we found out a few days ago but have been taking tests every day to be sure."
"yay!!! im gonna be a rich wine aunt UwU."
"james and i decided we are going to speed up the wedding too so it's going to happen within the next month or so before i start showing a lot."
"understandable... does dad know yet?"
"no. i think we are going to wait for another week or so."
"i assume james will want to tell sirius right?"
"yeah i think so."
"i am disappointed that you didn't get me a puppy though."
"you have sirius though."
"that's true 💀."

we chatted for a bit longer than parted ways. when i came home the furniture was already there and installed. i hung up the art and started on dinner. it was almost 5:30 and Remus was coming around 6:30. Sirius came home and showered after a long day at work.  Remus arrived and looked greatly disheveled.
"what's wrong remmy?"
"im being followed."
"what?!"
"by some deatheaters but i know who they are. they hunt werewolves..."
"how on earth would they know you are a werewolf?"
"snivelus." sirius sneered.
"now sirius, we don't know if he is a death eater.."
"he probably is i mean have you seen him??"
"yeah bu-"
"he's most definitely a death eater."
"guys can we just eat dinner?" i interrupt trying to lighten the situation as i lock the doors and cast a spell to keep out the death eaters.
