p a r t 2

James POV:

once sirius and i reach my room and get settled in, i walk over to my door and shut it rather abruptly.
"sirius orion black. why on earth are you flirting with my baby sis?" i say with a menacing tone.
"me? flirting with y/n??? how absurd... where did you get that idea??"
"OHHHHH i don't know... maybe because you called her endearing names and also, don't think i didn't notice you checking her out sirius. you're loosing your touch old mate."
"KAY FINE! so what if i like her??? it's probably just the shock of finding out you have a sister, a damn good looking one too..."
"she's been in america at boarding schools and went to Ilvermorny for a couple of years." i say while grabbing a bottle of fire whiskey i had hidden away.
"ahahhhhhhh. that explains her accent then."
"indeed it does." i pass the bottle to sirius who takes a sip of it.

• A FEW HOURS LATER.....

Y/Ns POV:

why on earth am i thinking about sirius? james told me that he was a flirt and very good looking but DAMN THIS IS WAYYY MORE THAN I EXPECTED- another thing too, he checked me out and flirted with me quite a bit.... i'm personally honored but i don't know if i should be. guess i'll talk to remus about it. i think i'll go bother the boys for a bit. i start up the stairs quietly then change into my animagus form which is a big brown bear. james doesn't know i'm an animagus and of course sirius doesn't know so this'll be quite the surprise for them.

Sirius's POV:

james and i were calming sitting on his bed looking over some *cough* INTERESTING magazines until a BLOODY BEAR comes in roaring and charging us. both james and i started screaming like little girls and then the bear slowly gets smaller... and smaller and starts forming into a human... and then we see y/n doubled over from laughter. i look at james after catching my breath and he looks as red as a rose.

"holy shit y/n- why?"
"because i was bored and had nothing better to do."
"how long?"
"about 4 years." she says with an adorable smile which makes me blush but i turn away so they don't see it.
"do-"
"yeah they know."
"wow. did you-"
"yes i know both of you are too."
"how do-"
"i saw you sneak out one night and you told me sirius was one too."
"you did?!"
"I WAS FUCKING DRUNK OKAYYYY!"
"calm down DEERY." y/n says with a huge ass smirk on her face while she grabs the fire whiskey from james. can i marry her right now?

Y/N's POV:

we all sit in james room for a bit and chat then i hear a knock on the main door.
"COMINGGGGGGG!" i yell while chucking the bottle to sirius with james hot on my tail. i open the door to my favorite tall lanky teen, remus john lupin.
"OMG REMUS!!!!!!" i screech with glee while i attack him in a hug which he immediately reciprocates.
"y/n!!! how are you doll?"
"i'm amazing! how about you?"
"just fine. hey guys!" remus says while allowing me onto his back.
"hi remus!" james says cheerily before going to kitchen to get a snack.
"remus. why are you here?"
"oh y/n here invited me to come stay with you guys until we go to hogwarts."
"isn't that exciting?" i say with a small smile and lean my head on remus's shoulder.
"it sure is!!" james says returning with a cookie in hand.

Sirius's POV:

why did remus call y/n doll? are they dating? james would've said something i'm sure.... not that i need to be worried but i've got to admit i'm quite jealous seeing the way they are together. that should be me and y/n not y/n and remus.

Remus's POV:

woah why does sirius look so thoughtful? that's my thing dammit! OH WAIT- he likes y/n 😏😏😏 guess it's officially my job to get them together since i know james would never attempt such a thing. besides he's busy getting with lily so he's not gonna have much time to do anything else...
"y/n? want to help me get settled in?"
"oh sure! i'll be right back guys." she says with a smile then picks up my trunk which i can't even pick up and hauls it up the stairs leaving james and sirius to look shocked at her strength.
"is that normal?" sirius asked, star struck.
"i don't know... i mean she was the star quidditch player for the thunderbirds...."
"thun-"
"her house in ilvermorny."
"what was her position?"
"chaser." james says with a hint of pride in his voice. i head up the stairs and listen for y/n and find her in a spare room looking out a window.
"sirius likes you." i say once i'm standing next to her.
"oh rea- well duh remus even i could tell that."
"do you like him?"
"that's the real question. i think i might but i've only just met him today and besides, he's a known player. what if he's just trying to play with my feelings..." she says with a sigh.
"well i know sirius and he was definitely jealous of you being so friendly with me."
"what should i do remus?"
"well i think............."
