God of the Multiverse: A Shinobi's Destiny

Chapter 1: (Re-Rewrite)

"Don't worry, guys. I won't die to a couple of weak trash like them." A lean Tawny Brown man said as he patted the heads of the few dozen children around him.

"We know dad, but still..." A pink haired little boy grumbled as he wrapped his arms around his father's left leg.

"Shinku. Please be careful. The council of Leah are well known for their tricks and underhanded tactics." The three eyed goddess, Kaguya, spoke with worry filling her voice.

"Don't worry, I'll go out there and kick some ass, and ensure those guys can't come after you all." Shinku Shihouin said with a confident smirk. The man was standing at 200 cm, dressed in only long black pants that cuffed at his ankles, black socks, and black sandle clogs. His chest was bare, exposing his well-defined abdomen, triceps, and biceps. His forearms were covered by black and red wrist guards. And on his left hip was a sheethed Katana.

Shinku was also sporting crimson red irises and a Jet Black afro, with a couple of bangs on the right side of his brow.

Leaving everyone he loved behind and sealing off the dimension they were in, Shinku let out an exhausted sigh from the fake smiles he had to constantly give. "Come on, Shinku. You're their hero. They look to you to save 'em. Sigh. Why did I become a hero again?"

Shinku Shihouin stood on the edge of the multiverse, looking out into the infinite expanse. He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and focused his divine energy, ready for what lay ahead. His opponents were strong, each one a god in their own right, but Shinku was ready for the challenge.

Suddenly, he heard a voice from behind him. "Well, well, well, if it isn't the great Shinku Shihouin," the voice said with a hint of malice.

Shinku turned around to face his opponents. They stood before him, each one looking more menacing than the last. He recognized them from their appearance alnoe and knew that this would be a fight for the ages.

"So, you've finally stopped running with your tail between your legs and chose to face us," said Taichu, the Sword God. "We've been waiting for the day we could fucking kill you and your family."

Shinku didn't respond, instead opting to unsheathe his black-bladed katana from its scabbard. "Let's get this over with, i'd rather be at home right now than facing a bunch of cock sucking gods," he said, his voice calm and collected but with a hint of mockery as his entire sclera turned crimson red and several thine black rings filled his eyes starting from around his pupils.

Oda, the Demon God, charged at Shinku with both of his heads, roaring with anger. Shinku dodged to the side, then lunged forward with a thrust of his katana. The blade struck true, slicing through Oda's obsidian skin.

But Oda was not deterred. He swung one of his massive fists at Shinku, who barely managed to dodge in time. The force of the blow sent Shinku tumbling across the battlefield.

As Shinku got to his feet, he heard a whistling sound in the air. He turned around to see Eunhyuk, the Spear God, throwing his spear at him. Shinku managed to block the spear with the flat side of his katana, but the force of the impact sent him stumbling backward.

Hydra, the Dragon God, seized the opportunity and launched herself at Shinku. She flew through the air, her snakes hissing and spitting venom. Shinku barely managed to dodge her attack, but the tip of her tail grazed his arm, leaving a nasty wound.

Thor, the Thunder God, followed closely behind Hydra. He swung his hammer at Shinku, who ducked under the blow and sliced at Thor's leg. The blade of his katana bounced off Thor's metal armor, leaving only a scratch.
