The next day, the Wiggles joined Sam and her friends at breakfast.
"Don't feel bad, Sam. You did your best" said Calvin.
"Oh, I did. And my best led to the worst" said Sam.
"Are you sure you don't wanna try again?" said Charles Wallace.
"Yeah. I mean, this was my big opportunity and I just wasted it!" Sam snapped.
"Come on, lovely. You did great in the meantime" said Murray.
"Did I? I probably ruined Chad, we lost two acts and then I destroyed the entire theater" said Sam.
She was really getting angry now.
Self-doubt and self-blame were the last thing they wanted Sam to feel, so the Wiggles suggested that she take a walk and chill out.
Sam went out on the street.
And while she was out there, she heard Newton and Dudley singing.
Sam liked what she was hearing so she stopped to listen.
When Dudley sang a verse alone, she was awestruck.
"Wow. He does sing like Chad" she said.
When the song ended, Sam approached the two actors.
"Sam. What a surprise" said Newton.
"Yeah. I just dropped by. I'd like a word with Dudley" said Sam.
"Me?" said Dudley.
"Mm-hmm. Dudley. Do you think you can sing like that in front of a real audience?" said Sam.
Dudley felt his heart pounding.
"I dunno. But I wanna try" he said.
"Good. Because I wanna see it" said Sam.
