Chad, Meg and Jeremy were on the street when they saw Sam try to fix the power.
"How goes the singing contest, Sam?" said Meg.
"Real incredible! I love being the host" said Sam.
"Who's in it? Anyone we know?" said Jeremy.
"Well... our contestants consist of... Clayton Bartley, Angie Rivers, Eliza Plumb, Ryan Ardolf and Jill Gibson" said Sam.
Chad's eyes widened when he heard Jill's name.
"Jill? You let Jill into a singing contest?" said Chad.
"This is... this your ex Jill?" said Sam.
"Yes! Oh, dear. She must have taken singing lessons just to get in" said Chad.
"She wouldn't!" said Meg.
"Sam, you're making a huge mistake. When I was married to Jill, she always got what she wanted. And now she wants to win a contest hosted by the Wiggles and their lead guitarist's wife" said Chad.
"She didn't know about it until I gave her the flyer" said Sam.
"She acts like she didn't. That's what Jill does" said Chad.
"Come on, Chad. It's just one contest and she's playing fair with everything I say to her" said Sam.
"Oh... very well. But if she starts being evil, I told you so" said Chad.
Newton and Dudley approached the four.
"You see? There she is. Now you can ask her" said Newton to Dudley.
"Newton and Dudley! What are you doing here?" said Sam.
"We came to ask something of you, officer" said Dudley.
"Of course. But first... this is my friend Meg. The well-known fiancee" said Sam.
"So this is your engaged friend" said Newton.
"She's beautiful" said Dudley.
"Thanks" said Meg.
"Meg, this is Dudley Leicester and Newton Weekes. They're touring actors" said Sam.
"Sam... he looks just like me" said Chad.
"I know. Isn't it great?" said Sam.
"Mr Leicester... you look exactly like my fiancee" said Meg.
"I know. The officer told me. And now that I'm standing in front of him, it's really true" said Dudley.
"I think this one has some resemblance to me" said Newton.
"I do?" said Jeremy.
"You guys are doppelgängers. I have one too" said Sam.
"Do you?" said Chad.
"Uh-huh" said Sam.
