Jinx and Maya where under the deck, Maya swinging back and forth on a swing, watching Jinx's mouth as she spoke jibberish.
Suddenly the blue haired girl looked at her expectantly "you didn't hear" she said slowly, the screams in Mayas head growing louder and she shook her head, paying more attention.
Sometimes the voices where extremely loud and other times she could have full conversations with others.
Two hands pressed her shoulder, making her stare at Jinx as she spoke slightly slower "who cares what Sevika said, let's go up deck" Maya smirked and nodded, blinking as the door to them was opened.
Quietly as she hoped, Maya snuck behind a bunch of boxes and watched as two men came down, immediately becoming afraid as the latch closed behind them.
Jinx was on the other side of the ship, and in the dark Maya could just make out the smirk of the girl as she stepped on a sliding rope. Two men looked around confused, focussing on the swing Maya was just on.
Jinx gave a cue, and while she slid down, attaching bombs to one, Maya shot out and grabbed one of the guys, giving a devious smile before electrifying her body. Killing the man in the process.
He dropped to the ground, his body still spasming from the electricity and magic. One more hand pressed against her shoulder, spooking her and slowly the sparks began to climb her legs until she released it was just Jinx.
"Let's go" she mouthed, not noticing as another screaming voice filled Mayas head, giving her a splitting head ache.
Jinx was the first one up the ladder, both girls being hidden by the smoke of Jinx's bomb, and while the blue haired girl made herself noticeable, Maya snuck around, keeping an eye out.
A bunch of people where wandering around the balloon, firelights.
Jinx attacked someone in a dinosaur like mask, smashing their face into the ground, before moving onto the next, the girl looked around for Maya.
Once she could see her, she moved on, grabbing a girl lighting a flare, Jinx smiled before punching her face, her mask falling off leaving a girl with pink hair.
Maya faltered, a familiar scream filling her head as she hit her knees, she was close to Sevika who seemed to be yelling at her.
The yelling for louder and Mayas body was vibrating with the magic with in her, she looked up in fear at Sevika who looked disappointed.
"Jinx" she screamed, not hearing herself as she looked around, finding Jinx just as she shot the pink haired girl.
Jinx looked at her, before backing away slowly, smirking as one of the firelights made it back over the side, he was out of breath but it didn't matter because not even a second later, Maya exploded.
