"Naruto! You need to look at me!" "B-but!" "Look at me!"

Sasuke grabbed Narutos hand and he looked at him. Tears fell like a river down his cheeks as the nurses and doctors set up around them.

"Everything's fine alright." "It hurts.. I-I want it over." "I know but you'll have to endure it a little longer."
Naruto shook his head as another contraction surged through his body. He cried out with Sasuke grabbing his hand tightly.

"How long does it fucking take for you people to set up?!"
"Sasuke you need to calm down." "I'm not going to calm down when my boyfriends in pain and all of your damned people are running around like clueless mice!"
Tsunade sighed as two nurses set up the separation sheet between Naruto and his stomach.

"We'll have to put numbing-"
"I don't care!" Naruto yelled as the contraction ended.
The nurse jumped, slightly scared as Tsunade took the syringe and slid it into a vain on Narutos arm.
"This'll numb you from feeling anything from the c-section."

Sasuke moved Narutos bangs back, clipping them in place as Naruto laid on the bed.

"We're almost ready." Tsunade reassured.
"Don't you people have to do emergency c-sections? Why the hell does it take this long?" Naruto growled, completely to his wits end.
"Because your not an emergency."
"Oh great! Take your fucking time everyone I'm not in pain or anything!"
Tsunade sighed. "We also need the baby ready Naruto."
"Trust me, she's fucking ready." He used a little of Kuramas voice, scaring some half to death.

Sasuke re-grabbed Narutos hand.

"If your stressed it'll only hurt her." "I'm not stressed!" "You are. You yell when your stressed." "Well I can't fucking see anything!" "Nothing will happen, I'm right here."
"That doesn't help." Naruto sighed as he covered his eyes.
"It does, I'll see everything that's happening." "Than tell me what their doing." "Tsunades getting ready like the others."

Naruto flopped down.

"I only want it to stop." He whimpered.
Sasuke kissed his temple before kissing his hand. "It'll be fine, you'll get to hold her and name her."
"But I want her now." He whined.
"Just a little more."

Sasuke talked to the pouty Naruto as Tsunade did the c-section. It wasn't a hard procedure so she had the small baby girl crying in her arms only 30 minutes later.
Naruto sniffled as Sasuke cut the cord and a nurse wrapped her in a small blue towel.
Tsunade gestured to Naruto and the nurse carefully laid her on Narutos chest.

"... she's so filthy."
Sasuke chuckled as Naruto moved some of the black ruffed hair.
"She's really small."
He shook his head with the biggest smile anyones ever seen on an Uchiha.

"I'll clean her." The same nurse offered.
"But she's mine."
"She'll give her right back Naruto." Tsunade reassured.

While the nurse walked to the small bath with the baby girl, the others watched almost amazed as the cut healed into a small pink scar.
Tsunade laid the blanket over Narutos exposed lower section after picking up the disposable surgical pads.

"Throw these out along with the other disposable supplies."
Everyone nodded as two male nurses took the sheet down.
Tsunade smiled. "The scar should be gone by tomorrow.., seeing if the nine tails does his part."
"Hey!" Kurama growled.
"He's offended Tsunade."

Tsunade waved a hand in dismissal as the nurse came back with the new born in a small pink blanket with a pink hat over her black hair.
She laid her in Narutos arms as Sasuke sat behind Naruto.

"Got a name Gaki?"
Naruto smiled and nodded. "Uchiha Sachi, it means miracle."
Tsunade nodded and handed the clipboard to one of the doctors. "We'll have the birth certificate made just before you leave."
Naruto nodded as she dimmed the lights.

Naruto sighed, sliding into an almost laying position between Sasukes legs.

"She took on most of your genes."
Naruto smiled. "Except for your pale skin."
Sasuke chuckled as his thumb caressed the small girls cheek. "... why miracle?"
Naruto hummed. "I was thinking about having her name mean blessing... but since boys can't have children, I thought miracle was more suitable."
"You thought about what my father said didn't you?"
"Yes so now if he wants to talk shit I can say he had some say in his granddaughters name."
Sasuke chuckled. "Your petty."
"I know."

Sasuke lifted Narutos chin and kissed him.

"Uchiha Sachi.. I love it."
Naruto smiled. "I'm glad."
