" I'm so sorry that you lost your sister.."
Said Nari.
" Thanks but I still have my other two sisters who are there for me."
Replied Kiara.
" So this is what a feast is like in Nepal. A very beautiful cultural setting of the royal kingdom of Kathmandu."
Said Nari as she showed Kiara around the palace.
Nari's father King Khum was sick with Cholera so that's why Kiara didn't get to see the King of Kathmandu that would always be at a royal feast. King Khum came to the royal feast table and he infected all of the food that the guests were feasting on... Suddenly, everyone was getting infected and most people were running out of the castle..
" Leave the castle at once!!"
Shouted a guard trying to get everyone out of the palace. Kiara, Tex and Nari sprinted out of the castle as fast their legs could ever run.Once Kiara, Tex and Nari were out of palace, there was even more tragedy.. people were dying every two seconds now and not many doctors and nurses were available to work.
" Maybe we should go. Back to Montana."
Suggested Tex as he ran closer and clutched Kiara.
There were many people coughing and spluttering all over the village and shops were closed early due to this pandemic that was going on. Tex was now carrying Kiara since she became so weak and now would have had a result of getting cholera.
"Wait! Tex!!.. No No.."
Wailed Nari.
She vomited so hard that her throat was sore and damaged her vocal cords more than ever.. sadly in about five minutes.. Princess Nari of Kathmandu had died.
" Tex.. where are we going?"
Asked Kiara as she was feeling nauseous and weak.
" We are going back home.. We're boarding the ship now."
Replied Tex in his most worried voice than ever before.Kiara was feeling more sick than ever.. she couldn't breathe and started to vomit every second.
" Oh Kiara, seems like you've got it now."
Said Tex looking at Kiara's pale face.
Kiara now had Cholera and now Tex didn't know if he got it too. But the symptoms occurred too fast and Tex got it.
The trip would take three days to get home and Kiara was dying from cholera while Tex was still fighting the illness all to save her.Back in Montana...
" They've been gone for three days and haven't sent us a letter yet."
Said Georgia as she was checking through the mail
" I think they are too lazy to write a letter to us."
Replied Aria as she sipped on her peach lemon tea that was icy cold and refreshing. Aria was dreaming of a true love story of marrying a cowboy. But then she remembered the horrible matchmaking day when the plague of rats invaded the whole kingdom. The house is usually open to guests but due to that horrible rat plague caused by that brute cowboy who was eventually hanged to death by the palace guards. His burial was very rushed one of the gardeners dug a 6 feet hole and the undertaker threw the cowboy's dead body into the plot and filled the whole very quickly. But the problem was it wasn't filled properly and there was no gravestone or grave marker. So if the gardeners and green grocers were picking vegetables.. they would probably find the plot of the dead body not buried properly. Well that still remains a mystery today.
