She can make 3 wishes a day. This day begins at 12:00 AM and ends at 11:59 PM.
Limitations:
1. She may not wish for more wishes.
2. She may not give or take life directly with a wish.
3. She may not directly affect a person's free will with a wish (force someone to fall in love, make someone murder another, etc.)
4. She may not affect/break reality and/or the space-time continuum directly with a wish (Going to different realities, stopping time, etc.)
5. The effects of the wish will only last until midnight when they affect her and will last for 24 hours when utilized on other entities.
