"Did you hear that?" I asked Mia

"Yeah. What was it?"

I turned the tv down listening then turned it back up "Oh Montus having sex in his god form" I grabbed some Carmel popcorn.

She leaned back in the couch "I miss being human"

I laid my head on her shoulder "I do too. The memory of it. Everything was simple"

"It was, but I wouldn't change it. Nothing. Just miss it that's all"

Lily came downstairs and sat in front of me. She rubbed my stomach and I kissed her on her cheek.

Mia smiled at her then rolled her eyes "You look like your dad"

"She does, but prettier" I said laughing with lily.

Ameana appeared in front of us with Jonas and Lilith.

"Is everything okay?" I asked

"We felt Imara energy increase by... a lot. Montu was gracious enough to give us his blood and hers. My brother ran some test and I had my grandfathers bless it. She'll be fine."

"Thank you" I looked over at Jonas "Why is he in my house? Shouldn't he be, I don't know, in hell?"

"He has valuable information I think you should know"

Me and Mia looked down at Lily. Jonas looked at her and smiled "Pretty little mate"

"Matthew!" Mia yelled

"Oh hell no! Get him out of my house!" I yelled

Bear came running in and he growled at Jonas. Lily had her eyes locked on him and his eyes were locked on her. Bear started to hit him but Lily stood in front of him.

I looked at Ameana "he's dead. He can't be her mate"

"I don't make the rules. That's something you have to talk to the moon goddess about"

I scoffed "fuck her"

Lily got up turned around and looked up at him him "lily no" Matthew growled

"You want her to reject me so she can die?" Jonas had a nasty smirk on his face.

"Remember what I said about a Queen making hard decisions?" Ameana said

I rubbed my face "Right, so what do you have that will help us?"

"My- Emmanuel had a room in his house, the one we kidnapped you and locked you in- with all of your mothers belongings. It was a certain knife in there that could kill set. Forge by Qutesh herself"

I nodded my head "So let's go get it"

"You need his blood to get in" he smiled

"Well how the hell-" I looked at him "No, hell no"

"You get the knife, kill set. I get my mate, kill Emmanuel, we all live happily ever after" Jonas said easily

I looked at Ameana "How do we know that Jonas blood will work"

"Lilith checked over it" Ameana said"

"Okay" I sighed in defeat

"Such a shame your husband killed me a week ago and I'm already being brought back to life."
