For a few weeks Y/N has been adjusting well as a servant more and more. Any task was met beautifully. Her relationship between the other servants was flourishing as everyone got along and enjoyed an extra hand from Y/N.
During the week, Y/N asked Tanaka if they could practice some sort of meditation that would help her calm her nerves. She knew that sometimes she may end up lashing out with uncontrollable rage if something truly upsets her, and she wants to be able to fight that urge. Especially still knowing she could be used by the young master and Sebastian. She did not mind however, allowing the young master to use her abilities, but she doesn't like the feeling of not being under control when it happens.
Like that time back when she watched Bardroy exterminate Beast. She almost lost it but luckily he got her out before anything happened. Y/n felt in that moment as well that she was about to lose control over her whole senses.
"I think i'm getting used to this," Y/N said in a sweet meditating position. Tanaka and Y/N sat outside after finishing their morning duties. Tanaka said that being outside instead of being enclosed indoors would make you open your senses up better, and since Y/N is part animal, it will definitely help.
In silence they sat, eyes closed. The silence was interrupted by Y/N sneezing.
"Excuse me" she said while going back to her position. The fox however from then on kept on sneezing.
"It seems you have caught a nasty cold. I think it's best we continue our session tomorrow" tanka said, with a 'ho ho' at the end.
Y/N waved bye to tanaka as she headed towards the kitchen while sneezing all the way. Upon entering she stumbled across a wretched scene.
"On bloody-a-CHO- happen here??," she exclaimed.
She saw baldroy and mey rin cleaning the rubble made by what seems to be an explosion by the wall. Mey rin explained to Y/N that two very white dress men called the 'double charles' made quite an entrance to meet the young master.
Y/N did not question anything as she continued to sneeze and went straight for a glass of water. After she offered to help amend the mess, while her sickness only got worse.
* * *
It's party time.
Y/N's sickness got intensely worse over the passing days. Sebastian instructed Y/N to stay in her room while the party was going on, and informed the other servants to not mention Y/N's presence under any circumstances to the guests.
"I'm so sick" cried Y/N as she laid in bed. She could sense something unusual was happening outside, but when she tried to open the door, it seems Sebastian had locked her in the room.
"I'm too sick to bother" she cried again, heading back to her bed and laying under the covers.
As the night went on, she was able to see through her small window above her head that the storm picked up quite a bit, making it difficult for her to know what time it is. Not knowing why she was locked in the room, if they even know she was locked in, or what is happening at all beyond her walls, she slowly got up wrapped in her blanket and headed towards the door.
Before she could bang on it and scream for someone to hear (although it would be painful for her throat as it was dry and horrid because of her cold), she could hear the rustling of a key unlocking the door.
In came the demon.
"What- what is happening" she said, coughing in between (A/U note: ew u got corona stay away jk)
"Our guests will be having a longer stay as usual. Time is of the essence so I only have precisely 12 minutes with yourself before I must leave you again," Sebastian said while checking his clock. He was holding a plate of bread, some biryani (a type of rice dish) left by Soma and Agni and three cups of water.
