We pull into the closest gas station and shut our bikes off. "You want anything to drink. I have to go inside to pay. I don't have any money cards."

"Sure and they are called credit cards." He says as he hands me some money.

"Oh okay... my aunt never told me that and I wasn't allowed to get one... Anyway what do you want?"

"A tea will be fine, thanks." He says.

"No problem." I say as I head inside. When I get inside I head straight for the coolers. I grab a bottle of tea and a bottle of water. I go over to the counter. Place the items on there and look at Jack who's still pumping gas into the bikes. "I'm also getting gas for the two bikes." I say. When I don't hear a response I look towards the counter and find no one there. "Huh that's weird... Hello?" I say trying to see if they are in the back room. Again no one responds and no one comes out. "HEY JACK! CAN YOU COME HERE?!?" I yell to make sure he hears me. I look out to where the bikes are in time to see him put something in his pocket and come inside.

"What? Is something wrong?" he asks concerned.

"I just have this weird feeling... there is no one behind the counter and no one answered when I said hello."

"The whole town looks deserted to me, I'm kinda getting a weird feeling too." he says still concerned

"Should we just leave or what do we do?" I ask. In response he jumps over the counter and looks around, he goes over to the door that leads to the back room and tries to open it but it is locked.

"What are you doing?" I asked curiously.

"I'm looking. You remember what happened in the last town? I think it already happened here." he said as he took a step back. He kicks the door, breaking the lock and opening the door with a slam. He takes two steps towards the door.

"Should I stay out here?" I asked.

"If you want." He says as he enters the room. I look around.

"There ain't no way in hell I'm staying out here by myself." I say to myself as I go to follow him. I look and he's just standing there inside the door frame. "Anything in there?" I ask.

"Yeah... something you don't want to see..."

"Okay..." I say as I take a step back. He starts describing to me what he sees.

"There are three bodys in here, one has a bite mark on the shoulder and a bullet to the head, another has their guts spilled and a bullet through the head and the last one just a bullet through the head. I think the last one was a suicide." As he is explaining this to me the wretched smell of decaying corpses hits me and it makes me nauseous.

"I need to get some air." I say as I turn and take one step towards the door before hearing a moan. I look up and there is someone standing there. "Hey Jack....." I say as I take a couple of steps back.

"What?" he asks as he shuts the door and starts to barricade it. The person shuffles forward two steps and moans again. I take a quick look at the face and the right half of it looks shredded and some of the skin is falling off.

"Stay away from me." I say to them taking another step backwards.

"What are you talking about?" He asked finishing up the door. "Got sick of me already? We've barely talked." he says sarcastically.

"Not you. There's this person... or at least I think it was a person... by the door... I'm scared... he looks like that one person in the diner except hes not missing his arm. i say causing Jack to  turn around.

"Holy shit, your right, no one can survive losing that much skin and it looks rotten." he says as the figure shuffles forward a little more now ten feet away from me.
