Whenever a case went bad, or things weren't looking up for her, JJ always knew you had her back. You could always resurface her smile when she thought it was gone for good. You met in middle school and had been friends since then, supporting each other in your career paths. Unfortunately she could only come see you sometimes, when there was a case happening near your town, but you never grew apart. Everytime you reunited it was like you hadn't been apart. JJ appreciated you more than you could know, and you appreciated her too.
