The next morning all the girls get up and get ready for the day. After breakfast all the girls get outside to warm up and get ready for practice. "So when are you gonna tell em?" Lanita asks. "I don't know when I'm ready? I guess." "Alright formations."
It's break time for the girls and Y/N went to watch the boys practice games. Shiratorizawa is one of the top schools pertaining to volleyball but there always looking for ways to upgrade. Ushijima spikes and they win their game. Y/N does a little clap Ushijima catching eye of it and smiling. Tendou noticed this action tho. "Ushijima you gotta tell the girl you like her. She even has a nickname for you. Sya is gunning to get you before her and you know it. Do the right thing brotha."

"Yo Tendou we going for a walk. Wanna come?" Y/N asks over the phone. "Yeah Ushijima is coming too." "Bet meet at the front. Bring water and snacks." She hangs up and puts on her clothes from her robe. An over-sized graphic T with black leggings and sneakers. She sprays on some perfume and leaves her afro out. "Ladies and gentlemen! We ready?" Everyone comes out and Aleesha hands me a jacket. "Thanks aight les go!" They all turn off the light and they leave their sleeping quarters. When they get to the front they see the boys there waiting. "My loveliest Y/N!" Yamagata runs to hugs her.
"No. Just no." She moves and he falls. They all start walking and Y/N playing music from her phone. "Are you gonna tell him?" Lanita whispers. "Not now. I'm not feeling all that confident in telling him how I feel. But I'll get there." Y/N gives a sad smile but Lanita caught it very quickly. "Hey we not pushing you to do it, we just want you to be happy. Well talk when we get back. You need the comfort." Lanita hugs her tightly Y/N almost bursting out in tears.
As they continue their walk Ushijima and Tendou start to slow down whilst talking. "When you gonna tell her?" "I don know. When I'm ready I guess. You know how the spot light will be on her if she dates me. I don't want to put that pressure on her." "Understandable, but knowing Y/N she won't care. Ignoring the fame is something she's good at. I mean she's the captain of the cheer squad and the dance squad. That's fame personified and it never got to her. I don't think she would be bothered but it." "You sure?" "Ushijima she's my bestfriend. Of course I am."

Everyone gets back safely. Ushijima goes up to Y/N and asked if she can do some sets for him. "Yeah why not." She leaves her phone in her bag and goes with Ushijima to the gym. She helps him set up and starts to set. After about 10 sets Ushijima takes a little break just to calm his heart rate down. Y/N gives him some water and then he gets back to his spikes.
I'm getting tired of the romantic tension between us
they both think at the same time. "Look Ushi there's something I need to get off my chest." He hums in response and sits down next to her. "You see, I-" She sighs before saying "I have feelings for you. More than a friend feelings." She sighs and just looks away. "Y/N look at me" She turns her face to be met with a soft kiss to her lips. She was shocked in the beginning but kissed back just as passionate.
"Hope that answers your question." Y/N.exe malfunctioned. She got up to help Ushijima clean up and once they're done they leave. "I'll see you tomorrow at practice?" "You will." They part ways and Y/N smiled all the way up to her room. "GIRLS WAKE YO ASSES UP!" "We are awake dip shit." "Oh shut up Lanita something just happened!" Y/N sits down and everyone huddles around for Y/N to say something.
"So we all know that I have feelings for Ushijima..... well he asked me to throw some spikes for him and........" "And what? Use your words nigga" Aleesha pushes her. "Well I told him and........we kissed" They all immediately burst into cheers. "YEAHHHHHHHHHH" Lanita and the crew jump up and down happily.
"You told him?! And kissed him?! Sya finna be madddddd" Lanita squeals. "I didn't do it for Sya. I did it for me." Y/N starts to jump with them. "The whore isn't single anymore!" They put on some music and start to dance because it wasn't lights out yet.
Meanwhile with Ushijima.
"So what happened with you and Y/N in the gym?" Tendou asks wiggling his eyebrows. "Well-"Ushijima starts before Yamagata intervened. "DID YALL FUCK?!?!" Yamagata screams. "No. We kissed" Ushijima said blankly. "Oh shit you did?!" Tendou shouts. Ushijima nods and Tendou just goes off. "I'm callin her right now" Tendou picks up his phone and opens his contacts to find her number '🤞🏽BBL💔 HOE🔫'
"What Tendori chicken? I'm busy partying." "Did you and Ushijima kiss in the gym five minutes ago?! Answer me now you whore!" Tendou shouted over the phone. "YES THEY DID AHHHHHH!" Lanita answers. "Fuck you bitch! But yeah we did. Hi Ushi~" Y/N waves to him. He waves back and goes out of the camera view.
"Bye whore!" "Yeah bye tendori chicken." He hangs up and all the boys congratulate Ushijima except Yamagata. "Dude it took you long enough to kiss her." Ushijima just did the handshake giving a small smile on his face.
