"For the last time, Hyunwu, I don't want to date you!" I say, trying to walk away from the overbearing boy.
"Will he ever leave me alone?"
"Oh, come on," Hyunwu whined, "Just go on one date with me. Then decide if you like me or not."
I huff and turn to face him, "I don't need to go on a date to see if I like you. I already know that I don't!"
Thankfully the bell rings, signaling that my next class is starting soon.
History was one of the only classes that I didn't have with Hyunwu. Meaning I finally get a break from his persistent nagging.
I hear Hyunwu sigh and walk away defeated.
I enter the classroom and go to my seat near the back of the class. Pulling out my textbook and a notebook, I wait for the teacher to come and start the class.
As I prepare for class, Jun, one of the more popular kids in the school, comes and sits at a desk beside me.
He's wearing a light mint green hoodie, with the hood pulled low over his face.
Out of the corner of my eye, I see him look over at me. He leans out of his desk to get closer and whispers to me, "Hey, doesn't Hyunwu keep trying to get you to date him?"
"Yeah..." I say, annoyed that Hyunwu was making a fool of himself in front of everyone.
With an odd smile, Jun leans back into his chair.
Suyeon walked into the classroom and sat down on the opposite side of Jun. "Hi Jun!" She smiled and waved at him.
Jun says something under his breath and opens his textbook, ignoring her.
"What a rude guy, jeez."
"Okay, attention class!"

Shoving my books into my bag, I leave the class, heading to the cafeteria.
Unfortunately, me and my friend, Jiwon, had different lunch periods. So I grab my food and go sit down at an empty table.
As I start eating, Jun comes over and sits across from me.
"Hey Yujin," Jun says, stuffing his face with food.
"What is he doing?"
Unsure of what to say, I continue eating in silence.
Out of the corner of my eye, I see Suyeon walking over to us. As she gets to the table, she turns away from me and looks at Jun hopefully. She takes a deep breath and straitens her posture,
"Jun, would you like to go on a date?"
Jun looks sadly down at his food then back up to Suyeon, "I've already told you, I'm not just not interest-"
"Oh come on!" Suyeon whines, "What don't you like about me? I can fix it!" She says eagerly.
Jun sighs then gives me a look asking for help.
I shrug, not knowing how to help him.
"Uhh," Jun stalls, looking between both me and Suyeon. Then out of nowhere, Jun gets a weird smile on his face.
"Look, I can't date you because," Jun gestures towards me, "I'm dating Yujin."
