"I'm- I'm what?" I exclaim, trying to keep my voice low.

Jun oddly smiles at me and gives me a slight nod. When Suyeon looks at me, he quickly mouths out, "Please."

"Heh, sorry, I'm just not used to hearing it out loud." I awkwardly laugh, scratching the back of my neck.

Suyeon looks between us suspiciously, "This better not be a joke." She says under her breath before walking away, disappointed.

I see Hyunwu watching at a nearby table with a distasteful look.

"Thanks for helping me out," Jun whispers to me proudly smiling.

"Was that really necessary? Could you really not come up with something better?" I ask, returning to eating.

Jun shrugs, "Nothing on the spot."

As we start to eat again, an awkward silence surrounds us.

Jun stands up and picks up his tray, "Hey, meet me after school by the soccer field, okay?" He calls back to me while walking away. Not giving me a chance to answer back.

Sighing, I quickly finish my food and throw away my trash.

I speed walk to class, trying to avoid Hyunwu and hoping to get there early enough to work on some homework before class.

Walking into the science classroom a few minutes early, I go to my desk and start working on the easier math problems in my homework.

As the day went by, the idea of going to see Jun keeps nagging at me. I wasn't sure if I even wanted to meet up with him.

The whole "Oh we're dating," thing seemed straight out of a teen movie. And I'm sure that he wants to continue it, why else would he want to meet me.

I'm just not sure if that's what I want to do though.

Jiwon was almost doubled over laughing, "There's no way that happened!" Gasping for breath, Jiwon tried to stop herself from giggling. "Anyway, what did Hyunwu do?"

"Ugh," I roll my eyes, "He just watched thankfully.

"Who knows," I shrug, "Maybe it'll help stop him trying to date me."

"Hopefully." Jiwon agrees as we walk out of the school into the courtyard.

I reach my head out to look over at the soccer field. I see Jun walking back and forth by the field as the team practices.

"I guess I should go over and talk with him," I sigh, slightly anxious.

"Ooo, good luck!" Jiwon giggles at me, slightly pushing me towards the field.

Jun notices me and waves me over, smiling. "Hello, darling!" He says in a joking tone.

"Okay, that sounds weird."

Jun laughs at me, "Come on," He says, gesturing to a nearby bench.

I follow him and we sit on the bench. "So," Jun starts, "I know the 'We're dating' thing was out of the blue, but, I have an idea."

I facepalm mentally, knowing where this is going.

"Hyunwu keeps trying to date you, and Suyeon is doing the same with me," Jun states, " So we might as well pretend to date, right?" Jun looks at me, expectantly.

"Do you realize how crazy that sounds?" I ask, trying to not laugh.

"Well, yeah," Jun scrambles to come up with an excuse, "But! It could work. Plus it helps the both of us out." Jun sighs, "I'm way too tired to keep rejecting Suyeon."

"Hmm," I thought about what Jun said.

"It would be nice to have Hyunwu off my back. And who knows, it might be fun."

"So, what do you say?"

I shrug, "I guess I don't mind trying it out for a bit."

Jun smiles enthusiastically, "I did not expect you to say yes."

"Heh," I slightly laugh, finding Jun's reaction funny.
