Queenstown, New Zealand

Hazel opened his eyes and saw a large building in front of him, about 30 meters high. The guy's eyes widened in surprise.

-Hey, -a man passing by pushed him-a guy, have you never seen tall buildings?

There was contempt and laughter in his voice. Hazel didn't like it, and he said:

- Of course I saw it, - the guy snorted, - do you think I haven't seen it? I wonder when passersby were forbidden to look around.

The man almost choked with indignation. It is obvious that he is not used to such an address to his person. But, he didn't find anything to say, and so he just abruptly turned around and left.

Roger grinned, leaning out of the leather backpack hanging on Hazel's back.

- And then-he laughed.

- Listen, here we have arrived, so to speak, at our destination, and where should we go now?

- Where do we want to go?...- the guy drawled thoughtfully.

And Hazel with Roger in a backpack went along the asphalt road.

It was getting late. The sun was slowly sinking down, letting the moon replace itself. Hazel and Roger left the cafe.

- It was fun with the money, wasn't it?Roger laughed.

"Haha, that's right. It's good that they took us for non-locals, and gave us some money... How did we get so screwed up with money.. I didn't think at all that there could be its own currency...

- Yeah..- the crystal stretched out -But it's too late to regret the imperfect.

And Hazel and Roger walked along the path of small stones.

Suddenly, passing by one of the houses, they heard the sounds of blows.

The guys looked out from behind a brick wall, and saw three adult men beating something.

"Hey," Hazel called out from behind the wall.- Is it really fair to attack three on one?

The men turned sharply.

- What's it to you, kid?The biggest of the men growled.

- Whatever there is in your head, I'll tell you that I'm 250 years old - the guy grinned.

The men laughed out loud.

- Couldn't you come up with an even more convincing one?one of them asked, wiping away a nonexistent tear.

- Wait.- The second one muttered -This kid, whom we just beat, was talking almost the same utter nonsense.

- Do you really believe them?the two laughed.

- I don't know, I don't know...- drawled the second.- Maybe they are somehow connected?

- Oh, spit on him.- said the first and third, and turning around, began to kick the lying man.

Hazel began to draw something in the air with his hands, and these movements were closely watched by the second.

- Uh, guys.- the second one called out to his partners.

But, they didn't even want to listen to him.

A small, black funnel appeared in front of Hazel, and fireballs flew out of it. The balls hit everyone except the man lying down, and the second one.

Of that incomprehensible company, only two remained alive.

- Hey, second.Hazel called the man.
