"Open your eyes," my dad said to me. It's a week after the graduation and it's my surprise farewell party. I'm going to Australia for vacation and maybe look for good jobs there.

As I open my eyes, I immediately see a big banner, saying "We'll Miss You Mandy!" It touched my heart.
I looked south to see a bunch of presents, and food that I know will be fast consumed after this little surprise is over.

"Aww thanks guys! I'll miss you all too." This is the downside of leaving the country you live in your whole life. It saddens me to know that when I wake up, I wouldn't see my family's faces.

After the whole drama session with my family, we started eating an talking about my trip the next day, I'm so gonna miss this kind if bonding with them, but we all know I'm not gonna be away for a long time.

"So, are you excited for your flight?" My dad asked me
"YES! It's gonna be so much fun and I'm gonna see the Sydney Opera House dad! That's my dream!" I exclaimed. Everyone knew it was my dream since I was little. I loved listening to music and operas as much as I loved my family.

"Of course you'd say that," my mom started.
"That's why we have this." She handed me an envelope that said "The Sydney Opera House" in elegant calligraphy. I started to get this excited, nervous feeling in my stomach and I started to squeal inside.

"We got you tickets to the Kurt Cobain Memory Gallery there. It's gonna be lots of fun especially because you love him and you get to go to your dream landmark place." My brother, Alex explained. I was really surprised and I cant even speak right now.

I am happy af.

After the little party we had, we went straight to bed because it was late and I needed to have some rest for my flight. I was sure I looked like I was demented because of smiling to everything, but I couldn't care less. I was happy, I feel complete.

I'm so stoked.

Guys I thought this would be a bday update but I noticed its 3 am and its April 12 already dangit.

And yeah I'm in a sleepover rn and my mom's probably gonna kill me for staying up late.
