Susceptible to Suggestion

what now?

Once I finished, we were both out of breath. He noticed my legs were shaking slightly and offers to carry me to the couch. I let him do so. After he sets me on the couch, he then gives me my underwear and a hoodie of his, along with some  of his sister's makeup wipes. I get myself cleaned up, putting on the clothes he gave to me and putting my hair up in a messy bun, along with wiping off the excess eyeliner spread across my face. "Now I know why you asked if I was okay with this so many times," I said, pointing to my shaking legs. "Laina, at any point during that was I being.. uh how do you say it... too rough?" Ethan asks me. "Not at all, your not the only kinky one in this room," I say as I wink at him. He smirks at me then grabs the tv remote and turns on a random channel to fill the empty noise in the background. He then looks back at me, cradling my face with his hand and leans in. We begin to make out with an old Hallmark movie filling the background noise.

My alarm goes off as I hear Ethan groaning while we are both waking up. We must've fallen asleep after making out. My phone reads 11:00 pm, "I gotta go, my parents are going to start getting suspicious of where I am," I explain to Ethan. "Okay love," he says half asleep. We both get up and get our clothes back on before getting in his car. On the drive back to my house, Ethan says, "So what now, Laina? I mean we have been friends for so long and now we both have clearly caught feelings." I wasn't ready for that one, I honestly hadn't thought of what would happen if he actually had feelings for me as well...  which I guess is now a reality. "I'm not sure," I respond. That was the only thing that I could think of in that moment. Part of me wanted to pursue a relationship with the boy I've been in love with since we were 7. The other part of me is concerned about what our families with think, only because we were raised as siblings more than potential lovers.
