By some miracle, Lucy reached her brother first.
"Harry!" She cried, hugging him, "don't ever do that again!"
"I'm sorry," he laughed, his voiced kind of dazed.
Lucy kissed his cheek, "I am so proud of you."
Then Ginny, Luna, and Neville were there.
Then all the Weasleys.
And Hagrid.
Sirius and Remus.
Kingsley, McGonagall, Flitwick and Sprout.
Everyone was shouted, trying to hold, trying to touch the Boy Who Lived.
Lucy slipped out of the crowd to where Sawyer was waiting.
She buried herself into his chest, listening to the hum of his heartbeat.
He rested his chin on her head, tracing circles on her back.
"Marry me?"
Lucy's eyes widened and she pulled away.
"What?" She breathed.
Sawyer grinned at her, lowering himself down on one knee.
"I have a ring but it's back at home...I love you and I never want to be without you ever again. Will you marry me?"
"Yes!" Lucy gasped, sinking to her knees in front of him.
She cupped his face between her hands and kissed him, "of course I'll marry you."
"Yeah?" He laughed nervously.
"Yeah," she smiled.
"Holy shit did you just get engaged!" Rory screamed.
Lucy turned to her friend.
"Yes," she laughed, "Rory, Eric, this is Sawyer, Sawyer, Rory, Eric."
"Holy shit!" Rory seemed to be in shock.
"Nice to meet you," Sawyer laughed.
"We're trying to meet Harry Potter," Eric said, "but it's bloody impossible to get to him."
"I'll introduce you to him later," Lucy promised, "poor thing hates attention, this is probably killing him."
"Think you should go save him?" Sawyer asked.
"Oh, no," Lucy shook her head, "it's what he deserves for making me think he died. I'm going to go check on Fred and Draco, do you guys want to come?"
"Sure," they nodded.
Fred and Draco were conscious when they got there.
"Hey," she brushed both their bangs out of their eyes, "how're you two feeling?"
"Peachy," Draco groaned, propping himself up on his elbows, "this floor is going to give me back problems I swear."
"Lu, move for a second please," Sawyer said.
She nodded and let him take her place between them.
He raised his wand and began casting spells.
"You both have some heavy internal bleeding," Sawyer frowned, "I've slowed it down, but look..."
He lifted the hems of their shirts, across both their abdomens were giant purple bruises.
Draco's was down by his hip, but Fred's covered his entire stomach.
"Justin!" Sawyer yelled over to another healer, "when you get a chance can you come and help me over here? I've got two internal bleeds."
"Sure thing!" The middle aged wizard yelled back, "I'm just finishing up with this fractured ankle, I'll be over in a minute."
