Chapter seven: Council Meeting

In the room where the council was with a couple of clan heads, the discussion about Shiduki, the son of Orochimaru, begins.

Hiruzen lookup at Kakashi.

"So, how was he during the bell test?" Hiruzen asked.

Kakashi sighed and then reported that Shiduki hid for the most part. While gathering information on him. A smirk soon manifests on Danzo's face.

"A smart move on his part, but we all know who his father is. So it is only natural," Danzo stated.

Unkai cleared his throat and then spoke up.

"Continue on Hatake."

"I defeated Naruto and Sakura easily. Sasuke was a bit more complicated, but I could take him. I then went to face Shiduki; he managed to put up more of a challenge, and almost got a bell, but then I beat him with psychological pressure," Kakashi explained.

Hiruzen frowned before he opened his mouth to speak.

"Why did you do that?" He asked.

Kakashi sighed.

"As we know, he has the mark of the curse, and I need to know how he will react if it were to start spreading over his body. Since we couldn't seal It back then. If Anko passed out when it was sealed, it was unthinkable. What would happen to a baby, so we let it be until it became a problem."

Shikaku looks up at Kakashi.

"What exactly did you say to him?" He asked.

Kakashi looks up at the clan heads.

"I said that I don't know what the Third Hokage see in him and that he nothing but a weakening with superior complexion," Kakashi said.

Hiruzen sighed for a while.

"I understand why you did that, but I can bring myself to believe it was a good idea," Hiruzen stated.

Danzo looks at Kakashi.

"What was his reaction?" He asked.

Kakashi looked back at Hiruzen.

"He was consumed by anger and the primary form of Kurama clan Kekkei genkai. There were no signs, Kakashi explained.

Unkai was surprised to hear a half Kurma awakened a kekkei that appeared every few generations.

"How stable was after partially turning into his demon side?" Unkai asked.

"He was stable enough to make rash decisions, but he released quite a killing intent while he was transforming up to it stopped," Kakashi replied.

Unkai and some board members were concerned that he had strong killing intent. They had a problem a few years ago with one Kurama, but not as dangerous as this situation could turn out to be.

"It seems like your words had a powerful negative influence on him. The more pressure and negative emotions, the stronger the kekkei genkai can get leading to creating a dangerous split personality," Unkai stated.

Danzo smiled intently.

"It seems that he has some hatred for Konoha residents, and we can't afford that," Danzo said.

"Danzo right Shiduki needs to be dealt with before the village is put in danger," Homura said.

"Homura right, something must be done about," Koharu agreed.

"And what do you suggest kill him?" Kakashi asked, looking at the two elders.

"No, he shouldn't be killed," Danzo stated.

"So what are you suggesting, Danzo?" Hiruzen asked with a sigh.

"Shiduki has potential to become a shinboi strong enough to protect the village," Danzo started. "He should be put in my foundation where he can be trained to control his emotions. Therefore we avoid all risk of him becoming a threat to the village."

"The boy is only twelve. He won't be thirteen until June. He is too young to be training in the Anbu foundation," Shikaku sated boredly.

"Shikaku is right. He's way too young," Hiruzen said.

"As a member of the Kurama clan. I believe that it's best if he comes to live in the Kurama complex and gets training from one of the members of the Kurama clan. So that he doesn't end up unstable like Yakumo, who was training under Kurenai," Unkai said.

The council got quiet for a few minutes, deep in thought after hearing Unkai's words and suggestion.

"Well, proper training from the Kurama clan could be beneficial and might be able to keep him in check, "Homura said.

"Yes, I believe that solution might work," Koharu agreed.

"Away better solution than putting him in the root foundation," Shikaku said."However, do you know where he will live in the complex and who will train him?"

"Not yet, but I have an idea of someone who might be able to handle the training and could use something to get his mind off of things," Unkai replied.

"Alright, then it is decided Shiduki will move into the Kurma complex and get training from one of the members once Unkai gets the arrangements set up. Until then, he will continue to live with me, and he is still a member of team seven, but will be training in private with his Kurama Sensei," Hiruzen announced. "The council meeting discussing Orochimaru son Shiduki is officially closed."

Everyone stood up and began to leave the meeting room.

"I will start working on his arrangements until then. Let's hope nothing happens during Team seven missions," Unkai said, getting up from the table.

"Yes, let's hope. Kakashi, do your best to make sure his teammates don't trigger his anger," Hiruzen sai,d looking at Kakashi.

"Lord Third, I will do my best to make sure the lack of teamwork doesn't cause too many problems with Shiduki," Kakashi bowed.

"Good, I'm counting on you. I hate to admit this, but if he doesn't get any better, the villagers and elders will continue to try and kill him," Hiruzen said sadly.

'Hopefully not because for their sake with his killing intent, he might be more deadly than his father.' Kakashi thought, leaving the room.
