I decide to do a intensive work out. -40 tricep dips -40 heel touches -40 sit ups -40 flutter kicks -40 squats -2 minute plank -40 lunges -100 push ups -10 mile run -40 pull ups -40 bicycle -40 russian twists -40 mountain climbers -2 minute side plank both sides
After about 3 to 4 hours I am done I look over to demi to see her sitting on the bench taking photos of me.
