"Good morning class! Before I begin, I would like to introduce myself, I am Stephanie Horah, your Pre-Calculus teacher. I am 30 years old turning 31 next month. I'm currently taking doctorate right now for my profession," Ms. Stephanie introduced herself to us.
We are so overwhelmed for her achievement. Ma'am Stephanie just asked us if meron bang transferee para siya nalang ang magpakilala sa amin since the class knew each other already.
"Walang transferee dito, bakit sa kabilang section ang dadami tapos dito wala man lang?" Tugon niya na may iniopen na book.
"Excuse me! Good morning ma'am, permission to enter the room," rinig kong boses mula sa pintuan ng aming classroom.
"Ang gwapo," rinig kong bulungan ng aming mga kaklase.
"Come in," ma'am Horah allowed him to enter the room.
I saw the red hoodie man kanina. Siya 'yong nakasagupa ko sa pag-eenglish kanina. Yawa.
"My God, is he our classmates? Ang gwapo," tili ng mga babae.
"Where's your study load?" Ma'am Horah asked.
"It's here ma'am," sagot ng lalaki sabay bigay ng kanyang study load kay ma'am.
"Are you a transferee Mr. Clyde Allegory Tanve Barminez?" Tanong ng teacher namin sa kanya.
"I am, ma'am," he utterred cooly.
"Okay, before you sit Mr. Allegory, please introduce yourself so your classmates will know you," sambit ni ma'am Horah sa kanya.
Ramdam na ramdam kong kinakabahan at nahihiya siya dahil pinagtitignan siya namin.
Nakita namin na lumunok muna siya to ready himself.
"Uhm, hi," pagsisimula niya dahilan ng pagkilig ng mga punyetang babae sa classroom na ito except me.
"I am Clyde Allegory Tanve Barminez, originally come from Cebu. It's hard for me to speak tagalog that much so, I usually use English.. I'm 17 turning 18 next month. My dream profession is to be an engineer that's why I took STEM strand," tumigil siya sa pagsasalita, siguro dahil ay tapos na siya.
"Hmm, how about your talent Mr. Allegory," ma'am asked.
"I don't have a talent. But I love to say that I like playing chess and basketball," he utterred without expression.
"Feeling cool talaga o' pero cool naman talaga siya," naiirita kong nag-iisip.
"Wow, nice Mr. Allegory. You can now sit. Choose your stool or chair," ma'am uttered while she's turning the page of the book.
Nagulat ako nang pumunta siya malapit sa akin.
"A-ah wa-wag dito may nakaupo dito," sambit ko na hinaharangan ang stool na nasa tabi ko.
"There's no bag, so wala pang nakaupo diyan," sambit niya na hinila ang upuan.
Natawa ako ng palihim sapagkat kakaiba nga ang kanyang boses kapag nagtatagalog.
