The clock struck 8 and I already been up for two hours. I laid on my bed reading yet another journal. Time-Bomb by All Time Low blared through my ear buds as I finished the last page. The journal just stopped so I just assumed who ever wrote it died shortly after they wrote that part. Not wanting to read another journal; I got up and went to my mirror. I pulled my brown hair back and checked the make up around my intense blue eyes. I slipped on my black Nike's and pulled down my leggings. I threw on a sweatshirt. Before I left my room I slipped a knife behind me. I hurried down the stairs and Bobby wasn't around. I walked into the kitchen looking around.
"Bobby I'm going for a run!" I screamed through the house.
"OK," I heard being yelled back at.
I headed outside and took the side trail. I ran through the woods for a little. The wind whipped my face and I jumped over rocks and roots. I got to a clearing and decided to take a break. I sat on a stump beavers recently chewed down. I wiped the little bullets of sweat from my forehead. I closed my eyes and I was knocked down by something. I opened my eyes and this pale figure with rows of sharp teeth held my throat. I grabbed a rock and hit it in the side of the head. I rolled out from under it and stood up. It was getting up as I grabbed my knife. I cracked my neck and prepared myself. it charged at me and I turned and slashed at it's neck. It was still fighting as I finished by slicing it's head off. It rolled to the ground. I looked at my gray sweatshirt which was now splattered with it's blood. Sighing I cleaned my knife off on the sleeve. I walked over and dragged the body and head under some brush and covered it.
I ran back to the house which took me 15 minutes. I got back and there was a black Chevy Impala. Being Bobby's daughter you grow an appreciation for old cars. Glided my hand over the body. It was a beautiful. Thinking Bobby got a new car I walked into the house.
"Bobby, I'm back!" I yelled letting my hair down. I walked in the kitchen grabbing a water and heading upstairs. I was half way up and I heard.
"Jen come here for a second," Bobby said.
"I need to finish that journal. Which I found was flawed," I yelled back.
"It will only take a minute," he said. I sighed and stomped down the stairs. I headed to the library and found Bobby and two other guys. Bobby seemed a little upset. "Is that your new sweatshirt?"
"Maybe," I said not trying to laugh. "It wasn't my fault. It was a vampire and I only had my dagger. Also I kind of had to kill it."
"Where were you running?" he asked me.
"Down the side trail. About five miles down you go into a clearing. I was taking a break," I said.
"The body?" he asked
"Obviously I couldn't burn it so I just put it under some bushes with the head," I shrugged.
"Tonight, you are going to bring it back and burn it," he told me.
"Why that's going to take me till the morning," I complained.
"I don't care how long it takes but it needs to get done," Bobby said.
"Why did you call me?" I asked pissed off.
"Jennifer these are the Winchesters. Dean and Sam," Bobby introduced.
I looked over and and there was a guy shorter with dark hair and candy apple green eyes. He was wearing a olive green jacket and a plain t shirt under it. He was well built. But there was another. A taller one with long brown hair. He had dark eyes but built like a truck.
"So," I said. They seemed a little hurt.
"They are hunters," Bobby said acting like that would change my attitude.
