The car drove away and I felt alone. I sat there staring out the window. Sam and Dean were talking.
"You okay kid?" Dean asked.
"Yeah," I lied.
"You can cry we won't make fun of you," he said.
"Cry? I'm a hunter, we never cry. Bobby said there is no time for crying. It's a useless emotion," i said.
"Why do you call him Bobby and not dad?" Sam asked.
"I don't know, he just always wanted to be called Bobby," I said.
"Sam you didn't know that she was an orphan," Dean said.
"What?" I said.
"Dean," Sam frowned.
"Oh I'm sorry Jen," Dean said.
"It's ok, " I shook it off. "I'm tired right now, so"
"Yeah get some sleep," Sam said.
I pretended to be asleep but I felt alone. Who is my parents then? I wanted to cry but I listened to Bobby. No matter what I will still listen to Bobby. I respect him.
"So any new hunts?" I heard Dean ask.
"Dean, do you think that is best thing for Jenifer?" Sam said.
"What do you mean she loves to hunt," Dean said.
"Sure but all that happened to her," Sam said.
"Sam we had a hard life too. " Dean said.
"Yeah but at lest we knew everything that was going on," Sam argued.
"But Bobby didn't really treat her as a daughter. It was like a employee," Dean said. "He didn't even say bye."
I heard a flap of wings. It must be Cas since they went on about the conversation.
"Why is Jenifer pretending to be asleep?" I heard Cas ask.
"Are you serious?" Dean asked.
"Don't talk behind my back," I said. "I don't want pity."
"Alright," Sam said. "Do you want to hunt?"
"Of course, better than hurting myself," I said.
"See I told you Sam," Dean said. "She's tough."
"Do you want to talk about Bobby?" Sam asked.
"Well, I don't care. Bobby never saw me as anything important. My actual parents didn't either, obviously. But I'm happy I'm a hunter," I said.
"So you're ok?" Sam asked.
"Yes, I'm perfectly fine," I said.
"So any new hunts?" Dean asked again.
"I'm not sure what it is but seems like our type of thing," he said. "People's insides turn to pudding but a blue hand print is left."
"Oh I think I know what that is," I spoke up. "A wendigo."
"Wendigo?" they asked.
"Yeah they feed off our dreams and you are put in this dream state," I said.
"How do you know that?" Sam asked.
"No, more importantly how do you kill it?" Dean said.
"A silver knife dipped in lamb's blood," I said. "I have plenty of silver knives but no lamb blood."
"Well someone must have lamb, but you can't play an agent," Dean said.
"I can," I said.
"Nope Cas is going to watch you," Dean said stopping at a motel.
"Dean I played an agent before," I said bring my stuff in the room. I took a set of clothes. "See."
"Well it's still a no and Bobby wants to talk to you," Sam said. "We needed lamb's blood and we get that type of stuff from Bobby."
"Why would Bobby want to speak to me?" I said.
There was a knock on the door. Bobby walked in. He was the last person I wanted to see. I heard my phone rang, I looked down and it was Nick.
"Sorry I got to take this," I said.
"Do you really?" Sam said.
"Yes," I said walking into the bathroom for privacy.
"Hey babe," Nick said to me.
"Hi," I said smiling.
"How was your day?" he asked.
"Crap," I said.
"Aww, what's wrong?" he asked.
"I would rather not get into it," i said.
"Please," he whined.
"Just because you say please doesn't mean I'm going to pour out my problems," I said.
"But please, we are together," Nick said.
"You don't want to get into it," I said.
"Please baby," he whined loudly. "I love you."
"Fine," I said.
"Yay!" he said happily.
I poured out all my problems to Nick.
"It's ok," he said. "Do you want me there?"
"No, I should be fine," I said.
"Good night," I said.
"Night, beautiful, love you," Nick said.
"Love you too," I said before hanging up.
I walked back out and they looked upset.
"You kept us waiting for an hour," Bobby said.
"I'm sorry," I said. "I was talking to someone."
"And who would that be?" he asked.
"Nick," i said. "My boyfriend."
"Why would you be talking to a guy?" another question.
"Cause he wanted to listen to my problems," I said. "For once I had someone actually care about me."
"That's not true," Bobby yelled.
"You didn't treat me like a daughter. I was nothing but pity to you," I yelled back.
"You don't even know the story," Dean said.
"I don't want to hear it," I said grabbing my bags.
"Where are you going?" Bobby yelled.
"Leaving," I said banging the door shut
